Agréable maison, spacieuse, bien équipée, et chaleureuse. Ne regardez pas la déco, mais la vue sublime que l'on a du logement. L accueil est personnalisé. Nous avons pu venir avec notre chien, qui a bénéficié du jardin. Merci!

Nous avons séjourné en October 2023. Agréable maison, spacieuse, bien équipée, et chaleureuse. Ne regardez pas la déco, mais la vue sublime que l'on a du logement. L accueil est personnalisé. Effectivement en demi-saison la maison fermée est un peu froide, en demandant gentiment, on nous a mis du chauffage. Ensuite volets ouverts, la maison bien exposée bénéficie d'un bon ensoleillement. Nous avons pu venir avec notre chien, qui a bénéficié du jardin. Merci aux propriétaires du logement, et merci aux clients de bien éduquer vos animaux afin que nous soyons acceptés dans plus en plus de logements.

Haus hat leider nicht den Erwartungen entsproch

Das Haus bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick aus die Festung St. André, die gerade abends angestrahlt ein echtes Highlight ist. Der Empfang durch die Verwalterin war sehr freundlich. Unschön waren die Bäder, wo sich in den Ecken Schimmel gebildet hatte - es wäre kein sehr großer Aufwand, dieses Übel zu beseitigen! Auch die Belüftung der Toiletten ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig - beide ohne Fenster, der Abzug war lächerlich. Die 800 qm Garten waren ein Bambusdschungel, die Gartenbänke ungepflegt.

Man lebt dort wie zu Besuch bei Freunden, es ist zwar manches etwas abgenutzt doch es bleiben kaum Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht.

onbetaalbaar uitzicht

heel mooie locatie, mooi huis, goede ontvangst. huis van de jaren 1960 in de stijl van die jaren. heel veel charme en gewoon: het is mooi en echt alles is aanwezig . heel goed gelegen, dicht tegen Avignon. in het mooie Villeneuve Uitzicht op Fort saint Andre is prachtig Er is koeling maar met 39 °C kwam die wel iets te kort, is echter een probleem van heden. Ook goede bijstand van de verhuurders Zou met kleine kinderen wel bang zijn voor breuk of schade daar er heel veel mooie dingen staan.

Das Internet war nicht stabil im ganzen Haus erreichbar (per Computer). Im Fernsehen war kein einziger deutscher Fernsehsender verfügbar. Das ist in anderen europäischen Ländern wie z. B. Ungarn, Tschechien, Kroatien deutlich besser.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons été ravis de séjourner dans cette maison très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle. Très bien entretenue et tout le confort au niveau des équipements. Malgré un problème de chauffage à notre arrivée tout à été mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Je recommande cette maison chaleureuse

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub (14 Tage) in dem Haus und der Umgebung verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön, man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick. Die Beschreibung der Bäder, Toiletten und WC‘s im Haus war uns nicht klar: Im oberen Stockwerk (Wohnbereich und Küche) gibt es 1 Toilette. Im Schlafbereich 1 sep. Toilette, 1 sep. Dusche, 1 Badezimmer (ohne WC) mit Dusche in der Wanne. Insgesamt: TOP! Kleinere „Mängelchen“ wurden durch die Betreuung vor Ort sofort erledigt.

Hinter der Fassade unordentlich

Das Haus hat einen unangenehmen Geruch und das Doppelbett ist zu schmal und zu kurz. Hinter den Schranktüren in der Küche gibt es zwar eine Unmenge von Dingen, aber die meisten unsauber. Die Dusche roch nach Schimmelpilz und auch das Bad lässt zu wünschen übrig. Nicht einmal ein nützlicher Halter für die Dusche ist vorhanden.
