5 Cape Henlopen Dr - Close to the beach with a PRIVATE POOL!

This beautiful home with a Private Pool and an Elevator is ready for your vacation rental stay! Built just a few years ago, this home has all of the features one could hope for. A ground level game room with pool table, TV area and wet bar will be the favorite spot for the kids, teens or kids at heart. This floor also has two double cots for extra sleeping as well as a half bathroom.

The main level has a grand open living space with dining and a gourmet kitchen. The living room opens onto a large screened porch overlooking the private pool. Some bay views from this porch as well! There is also a Master Bedroom with private bathroom on this level.

The top floor features another three bedrooms (one with a private bathroom).

There are just so many areas in this home to spread out and relax or gather for a game night or wonderful meal. After a day on the beach (just behind the house and across the street) or a day lounging in your own pool, relax in the yard with a seat at the firepit.

This home is NOT pet friendly.

Property available for 2 night stays in the off season

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Wonderful house - close to everything in Lewes!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great house for our adult getaway with friends but would also be great for our kids and the whole family. Beautiful home with all of the amenities you could want, within a short walk of downtown, near the ice cream shop, food trucks, and Cape May Ferry. Easy access for us to drive on in the state park. We have stayed at dozens of houses in Lewes and this definitely ranks at the top and we will be back! Pool, fire pit, smart home with speakers everywhere, great open kitchen to the large living and dining area, pool table, exercise equipment! The owners did a great job thinking of it all
