About this property

This Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom townhome offers over 2,000 square feet of entertainment and luxury. As you enter the property on the lower level, you are welcomed by a spacious foyer to kick off your shoes and hang your coats.

The garage is the perfect place to store all your snow equipment in the winter and your bikes during summer. Passing through the foyer is a commodious bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Taking the stairs up to the main level there is a beautifully upgraded kitchen with eat-in breakfast bar and all the necessities required to whip up a delicious meal for your family. Vaulted ceilings and an open floorplan make this home an ideal place to spread out and relax after a long day on the mountain.

The dining area has a nook overlooking the valley; perfect for curling up with a book and a cup of coffee on those nice crisp mornings. The main living area features a large flat-screen TV, fireplace, and a balcony to really soak in the beauty that Steamboat has to offer with top of the world views from the Flattops to Sand Mountain. Making your way through the kitchen, enjoy the scenery of the mountains while soaking in the tub or indulging in the warmth by the built-in gas fireplace. You might even get to see the deer pass through! The second bedroom, with a king bed, is also located on the main level, along with washer, dryer, and bathroom. Upstairs has two more bedrooms, to the left is a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks and ample room to roam. The other room holds another king bed and en-suite bathroom, with a balcony! You are sure to have the time of your life at this Steamboat mountain view escape!

Nice place, lacking a bit in management/cleaning supplies

Great place, but it didn't have some bare essentials like dishwasher or dish soap. We tried to call and couldn't get through so left a message. We heard back right when we left. The grill was not working, which was unfortunate. As mentioned, great place, but it could use a bit more attention to standard rental place items (e.g. cleaning supplies, etc)

Great Location

A short walk from the lifts! Or you can wait for a bus (we always just walked). Lovely little home, exactly what we need. Fit our group well.

Beautiful Steamboat Rental

Cannot stress enough how beautiful the view from this rental property is. If I had the money, I would buy it. Excellent house for a group trip with a listing that is 99% accurate. Only downsides were a car parked in the garage already, causing some parking complications because we had a big group, and the cleaners showing up *exactly* at 10am checkout, rather than giving us a 5-10 minute buffer. Also, while not listed anywhere in the instructions, I think the homeowners should provide hot tub cleaning chemicals and instructions on how to run the cleaning cycle. Would rent here again!!
