Przestronny dom w spokojnej okolicy

Wygodny, dobrze wyposażony dom. Bardzo gościnni i pomocni gospodarze. Przestronne 4 sypialnie, czyste i wygodne 4 łazienki. Wspaniale utrzymany basen z drewnianymi leżakami i parasolami. Świetne miejsce na grilla i jedzenie posiłków na zewnątrz. Spokojna, wiejska okolica. Wspaniały pobyt. Dziękujemy!

Gut ausgestattetes Haus

Haus Ivanka liegt in einer Sackgasse, etwas schwierig war das rangieren in die schmale Gasse um auf unseren Parkplatz zu kommen. Nach ein paar mal bekommt man aber schnell raus welchen Winkel man am besten nimmt um in einem Zug in die Gasse zukommen.die Zimmer sind alle schön groß, duschen sind o.k Garten war nicht gepflegt, Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Tolles Bauernhaus mit kompletter Einrichtung

Ein echt an Perfektion grenzender Urlaub in einem TOP-Haus. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Josip, der Besitzer, war immer erreichbar, was aber nicht nötig war, da alles vorhanden war und nix zu beanstanden war. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sprechen für sich und sind auch genau so anzutreffen! Das Haus ist ein über 150 Jahre altes Bauernhaus, welches innen und außen mit viel Liebe und Geschick sehr schön restauriert und eingerichtet ist! Kurzum, nur zu empfehlen!!!

Tolles Bauernhaus komplett neu eingerichtet

Top-Unterkunft. Etwa 150 Jahre altes Bauernhaus mit viel Liebe und Geschmack restauriert und eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts! Das Haus ist genau so vorzufinden, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen! Einziges Manko ist die recht enge Zufahrt zum Haus. Aber das ist in den südlichen Ländern oft der Fall Trotzden,sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Alles perfekt

Ein toller Unterkunft mit wirklich alles was man braucht. Top ausgestattet von Geschirr Handtücher bis zum spüllappen und sogar Kaffeefilter. Reichlich Geschirr vorhanden. Toller Garten. Sehr liebevoll angelegt. Viele frische Kräutern und ein sehr schöner Pool mit reichlich Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Die aussenküche war ein Traum. Das haben wir fast täglich benutzt und Abends sehr lange draußen gesessen. Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort. 4 Erwachsene und 4 Teenager. Es war wirklich perfekt.

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen in einem top Zustand. Die Zufahrt ist beim ersten Mal eine Herausforderung wir waren mit einem XXX XXX dort und bei den nächsten Einfahrten ging es. Mit einem großen Kombi wird es eng. Im Ort selber war leider nichts zum einkaufen oder zum Essen gehen so das wir immer mit dem Auto los mussten. Würde wieder hinfahren wenn was im Ort wäre.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es war unser erster Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus und auch in Kroatien und wir sind begeistert. Das Dörfchen selbst hat nicht viel zu bieten, dafür ist es aber sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Innerhalb von 15 Fahrminuten gelangt man an der Strand und in 5-10 Minuten nach Vodnjan, wo es einen größeren Einkaufsmarkt gibt. Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber war unkompliziert und herzlich. Das Haus in einem tollen Zustand: sauber und sämtliche Einrichtung vorhanden (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Mosquitoschutz uvm.) Innerhalb einer Woche wurde sogar der Pool einmal gereinigt. Wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit und werden sicherlich nochmal dort einkehren :) P.S. Die Einfahrt/Zufahrt ist für größere Autos etwas eng.. Aber mit einem Kombi ging es gerade so :)
