Free Beach Service For 2025! (March - October / 2 chairs and 1 umbrella)

This 17th floor condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from its open floor plan. Ceiling to floor windows that follow the wrap-around balcony offer incredible views of the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters. Relax on the beautiful leather sofa and watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV or gather around the expansive kitchen table for a delicious seafood dinner or game of cards with the family! The kitchen has been completely remodeled with top of the line appliances and a tranquil breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with balcony access, a private en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and stand-alone shower. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds and just outside of that bedroom is the guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom, which faces the Santa Rosa Sound, has 1 queen, a kitchenette with small microwave, mini fridge and a sink, as well as a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

It's the perfect beach getaway for any family! The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Beautiful views

Family getaway weekend. The perfect place to hang out. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sitting on the deck chatting and just looking at the water.

Loved the condo itself - best stocked kitchen we have stayed in - kitchen has everything you need!! The view was amazing and we had plenty of towels for our extended stay. However, I do not agree with the HOA allowing certain breeds of dogs in the building. In the future, we will probably stay at a different building.

Everything was super clean upon check in and they even sent a text as soon as the unit was available. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The ice maker was a little slow with making ice. It was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella set up on the beach. My sister stayed with us as well and she enjoyed having her own space and the back balcony for sunset views was so nice. Easy access to the beach and the pools were kept clean.

We spent time together as family and enjoyed the views of the Gulf from the 17th floor. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets too! The property had easy access to lots of great walking paths and also close to local restaurants on the island plus restaurants & shopping on the mainland. The property itself was well-maintained...and we loved the quiet peaceful environment! The staff of Paradise Beach Homes were 100% first class! We know we'll work with them in the future!

The balcony was large, and it was nice to be able to sit out there and enjoy the view. The only drawback was that the elevator kept breaking, There were 2 elevators, which is good because for the first half of the week, there was only one elevator that worked. That was a real pain. It was finally fixed torward the end of the week and everything was great.

The only thing I will critique is the internet connection, and that is only because I had to work on my vacation. It was slow and I assume that was probably something with the area rather than the specific unit. The heated pool and jacuzzi was awesome. My kids don't mind the cold ocean and swimming pool, but for me the heated pool was a must. I would definitely recommend this unit!

The patio furniture was, however, was not to our liking. Having bar height chairs on the 17th floors was, in our opinion dangerous. There were two chairs that we dug out of a corner that were normal height, so we used them. Generally, the condo was very clean. There were some issues with nasty mold in the corners near the patio doors. I would say that a good deep cleaning would be in order. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were like slabs of brick.The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked. We mostly cooked in and were not lacking for anything.Personal taste....I disliked the louvered shuttered window coverings. They didn’t work properly and obstructed the gorgeous views.Overall this condo is lovely.

Fun in the Sun

Very relaxing. Close to so many different places, we visited several restaurants in area and the food was yummy delicious. The pool was enjoyed by all of us. The condo over all was clean. Had items we needed made the stay much nicer having cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals. Would definitely stay there again. I stayed in the little apartment area and that was wonderful having my own space, very comfortable and clean. Would have been nice to have extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags instead if having to run out and get stuff and the prices were out of control from what we used to at home. Having washer and dryer was very nice to have..the toilet handle broke in the single apartment I called and it was fixed by the time we came back to condo,only to find we had mo water because of issues in ir with lines, was rough with 7 people, but we all survived..dish washer we never used after few days we looked in it because there was an oder and nasty water in it. So that was annoying but also didn't know til it was about time to go.

Overall, clean, but if you have an eye for detail you would notice that it is in need of a deep/detailed cleaning (for example, dust caked on blinds & lamp shades). Mattress in master bedroom is very firm. Couch is starting to show wear (peeling). Those are minor details. Overall, very pleased with this condo and the stay! We have stayed at this property twice and would not hesitate to return!

The extra space was great, and we loved having the pocket doors to close off the bedroom. Our only complaint is the master bed- very hard! We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

Spectacular View

Overall, a wonderful stay! Beautiful condo and beach! Best oceanfront view we have ever had due to being on the 17th floor in a corner unit! Could see both the ocean and sound side from the corner! The unit was spacious and accomodating. It was clean by most people's standards, and satisfactory for mine. Those of us who are "clean freaks" and who notice detail could definitely find flaws, but there were no bugs and overall the unit was clean and well maintained. Example of flaws that kept me from giving this condo a 5-star on cleanliness: lots of visible dust on blinds, walls & around air vents, lamp shades, etc. Also, kitchen is showing some wear--markings on stove knobs has worn off, so you are guessing what temp you're on, paint on cabinets worn off around handles/knobs, some loose drawers. Those are all pretty minor issues, though, and overall we were very pleased with this condo and would definitely stay here again!
