Beautiful, rustic villa "Gelci", 2 storeys, from the 18th century. Outside the resort, 1.1 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 900 m from the sea, 900 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'400 m2 with lawn, swimming pool angular, heated (24 m2, depth 110 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 6.5 km, pebble beach 900 m. Please note: private mooring. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. 2 bicycles rental possible (included in the price, on request).
4-room villa 140 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living room 20 m2 with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV and air conditioning. Dining room. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/bidet/WC, double hand-basin, hydro massage bath. View of the sea. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Floor heating in all bathrooms.

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsen und 5 Kinder dort.Toller Pool, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter.Super Ausblick zum Meer, allerdings zum schwimmen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Ein Auto braucht man um einkaufen und Ausflüge zu machen.
