ruim appartement, kamers en balkon. geschikt voor 5 a6. Keuken eenvoudig maar prima douche stang, enkele lampen en prullebak deksel stuk. Wifi pas na enkele dagen beschikbaar. internet deed het met de wifi ontzettend slecht.

Bei dem Geschirrspüler lief das Wasser auf den Boden, ebenso bei der Deutsche unten raus, vermute die Abwasserleitungen sind verstopft. So wurde von uns das Geschirr halt von Hand gewaschen.

Équipement Vaisselles pleines d’huile, plusieurs chaise cassée à notre arrivée, poubelle encore dans l’appartement à notre arrivée, manque de propreté dans l’appartement, nous avons du rater 3 jours de piscine en famille complète sois pour 7 personnes il y en avait toujours un mit de côté, pour cause: à notre arrivée nous avons obtenu seulement 6 bracelet sur 7

unser Urlaub
Wir waren nun schon zum 6. mal in diesem Objekt, leider hat sich seit dem Verkauf des früheren Eigentümers sehr viel zum negativen verändert. Es wäre wünschenswert wenn die Wohnung renoviert wird und auch die Kissen mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Gegend selber ist so wunderschön, das Meer die Berge einfach toll zum runterkommen. Wir haben diesen Ort lieben gelernt.

Absolut Ordnung, aber ...
Wie schon beschrieben: Einfach und funktional; Lage zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen und zu Strand und Pool: IDEAL! Entgegen der Beschreibung besteht die Waschmöglichkeit im Anwesen NICHT mehr. Es gibt immerhin einen Waschsalon ca.50 m entfernt, der jedoch recht gut frequentiert ist ...

Une vue magnifique mais...
L’appartement a vraiment besoin d’une rénovation : fenêtres, plomberie et mobilier de terrasse. Absence de détecteur de fumée. Pas assez de vaisselle pour 7 personnes. Lave-linge annoncé sur le site mais absent du contrat et de la location.

REMISE À NIVEAU OBLIGATOIRE
Baie de douche mal jointée....inondation de la salle de bain, Pas de hotte de ventilation...bonjour la condensation et les odeurs. Piscine fermée malgré les dates prévues. Courants d’airs par les fenêtres (a remplacer) et la porte d’entrée (bruit continu et persistant) Propreté générale médiocre Rapport qualité/prix à revoir
