This prime location offers unparalleled convenience, with public transportation just minutes away. A brief 7-minute walk takes you to the D-line train (Chestnut Hill stop), while buses are even closer, ensuring you can easily explore all Boston offers.

You'll find everything you need nearby, including grocery stores like Star Market and Market Basket and the luxurious Chestnut Hill Mall. With numerous shopping and dining options within walking distance, you'll always have things to do.
Inside, our apartment is designed to make you feel at home. There are three private rooms: the master bedroom and a small bedroom, separated by a sliding door that can be unlocked and rolled back, converting them into one large room with a baby crib. Step outside to enjoy fresh air on one of the two private decks—one adjacent to the living room and the other at the back of the apartment.

Our apartment is decorated with art from local Boston artists, which is available for purchase if something catches your eye. Sandra, our dedicated housekeeper, keeps the apartment spotless and well-maintained for your stay. With a private entrance in a safe neighborhood, you can rest easy knowing your stay will be secure.

This rental actually has an upstairs and a separate rental downstairs. I was able to work with the great host to rent both for an extended weekend and fit my entire family all under one roof by renting both locations! Driveway is long and could fit up to 5-6 cars if needed when renting entire property. Otherwise each rental gets a side of driveway and a great opportunity to find a New England style home in this area with a driveway! Walking distance (less than 2 miles) to Boston College campus. Great location!

The place was clean, but in a bit of dis-repair. Everything was functional and the off-road parking is nice. The only issue we had were the beds. The mattresses are covered with plastic bags ... so, you are sleeping on plastic bags. I understand why the bags are there as the mattresses are severely stained. But it makes for an uncomfortable sleeping experience.
