Please leave towels in the bathrooms. If any towels got extremely soiled - please leave them on the floor in the laundry room

Please trow the trash in the bins near garage. Do not throw trash without trash bags ( mroe trash bags under the kitchen sink)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

very safe upscale neighborhood: quiet and private but minutes to downtown Boston sand Longwood area.
Conveniences of Chestnut Hill and Newton Center neighborhood: several groceries stores ( including Wegman's, Whole foods and Star Market) shopping Mall ( Bloomingdale's, Tiffany"s, etc), several local eateries along with restaurants such as Season 51, Cheesecake Factory, Capital Grill etc
