The house has fully equipped kitchen, chef grade appliances, TV/Game room. There are four bedrooms, two full baths and two half baths, TV room and work from home desk setup. The home also has a beautiful backyard with outdoor furniture for you to relax and enjoy. FREE PARKING driveway for 2 cars, and inbuilt with Tesla charger

The house also has a really nice indoor fireplace that can be switched on with the click of button to enjoy the winter months

HOME RULES
1. PARKING The property has 2 dedicated parking spots on the driveway. Please only use these spots and avoid parking on the street, as the city has strict parking rules and tickets are common. It’s a small dead end street and blocks the way.

2. QUIET HOURS Backyard access is restricted after 8 pm to observe quiet hours. Our neighborhood has kids and elderly residents, and unfortunately, some past guests ignored this rule, causing noise and smoking issues that led to community concerns. We respectfully ask you to follow this rule so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay. Lastly no smoking of any kind is permitted inside or 50 ft outside

This is a very cute place. It was clean and everyone was very comfortable. Included all the appliances you'd need to feel at home. Host had good communication, and even light switches and drawers/cabinets are labeled. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the location was good. We recommend this place!

Wonderful family stay

This was a great option for our 3 generation family of 8 to get together for a long weekend and the Boston Marathon. There was plenty of space and the house was an easy drive to many Boston suburbs that we were visiting. The owner quickly responded to all my questions and provided all the amenities we needed for a nice stay.

Lovely house with amenities

We had a wonderful relaxing time at this Waterford house. The sunny, open living room, kitchen and dining room are as pictured. We fully used the convenient half bathrooms in the basement and walk in level and full bathrooms upstairs. The separate laundry and sink area from the shower and toilet in the hall bathroom was also helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. And the host was very accessible and flexible. The location felt safe.

We arrived for Thanksgiving week and the kitchen was billed as well equipped. It was not well equipped at all. It was very difficult to host even though we had most of our food catered . management responded quickly to our concerns, but some of them just could not be addressed. For instance, the oven only had one rack. There were no measuring cups or spoons or dishes to heat up in the microwave, however other than the kitchen being lacking, the rest of the unit was as described in the postingBeds were comfortable. The bedrooms were without dressers in one bedroom and a closet with no rack to hold . The living room had a comfortable couch, but the rest of the furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. Although it is a unit that is described as for up to eight people they were only six comfortable chairs for the dining room table. The extra chairs were extremely flimsy and uncomfortable. The place was very clean and the temperature controls were good. We will not rent this unit again because it is really not comfortable enough for eight people

Modern getaway

The house was very modern and clean in a nice quiet community. It was great to have an outdoor space to relax, and off street parking. There is a bakery and convenience store within walking distance. Public transportation is not extremely close by, but it was an easy drive to Harvard Square area, where we were able to park and use the metro. The temperature control was a little difficult to figure out at first, but she did send a video of how to operate it. Overall, this was a great option for a large group to stay in Boston.

Nice and quiet house

The house was in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were furnished with necessary supplies. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer. The kitchen was functional for reheating food or preparing simple dishes, such as scrambled eggs. The house has parking for two cars. We had planned to use public transportation for trips into Boston. Given the time and distance to public transportation from the house, we ended up using Uber for city connections.

The house has a lot of community hangout place with island and kitchen counters. It also has a gaming room with recliners. The indoor living area has a gas operated fireplace turns on with a click of a button.
