Great house! Plenty of room, all beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. Located in a great area of Watertown, there were many stores and restaurants not too far away. Slightly disappointed that such a large home only had a tiny (2-4 cup) coffee machine, so we purchased a 12 cup machine to leave there. Aside from that…everything was lovely.

A wonderful stay for my family, traveling with adult children and a grandchild. Host was super responsive to the few questions we had, truly went above and beyond. Was convenient to Boston, the airport and the wedding events we attended in Newton. Lovely walk along the Charles in Watertown one morning. Very convenient location. House (half duplex) was spacious, well appointed and comfortable for the 8 of us.

This is a very cute place. It was clean and everyone was very comfortable. Included all the appliances you'd need to feel at home. Host had good communication, and even light switches and drawers/cabinets are labeled. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the location was good. We recommend this place!

Comfortable home in a convenient location

We stayed here with family over Thanksgiving and loved it. Convenient to the airport and Boston, as well as the suburbs where we visited with family. The home is great - nicely furnished, great bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and cozy living area with a gas fireplace.

Wonderful family stay

This was a great option for our 3 generation family of 8 to get together for a long weekend and the Boston Marathon. There was plenty of space and the house was an easy drive to many Boston suburbs that we were visiting. The owner quickly responded to all my questions and provided all the amenities we needed for a nice stay.

we were in town for a family wedding and wanted a place for the extended family to be able to gather throughout the wedding weekend. The house was a perfect spot for exactly that - time together in a relaxed environment where we could relax and spend time together.

The house was comfortable, the bathrooms very clean, and the kitchen well appointed for cooking. What I didn't like were the polyester sheets on the beds (I prefer real cotton). And the carpet in the living area was really dirty. Needs a good wash or a replacement. My grandchildren visited me and the stairs were a risk for the toddler.

Very well appointed house, beautifully decorated. Amazing coffee shop steps away and a pizza place close by. East parking for two cars. Would stay there again if traveling to Boston.

My son got married in Arlington, MA over the weekend. The VRBO was a great location and was big enough to accommodate my family so that we all didn't have to get separate hotel rooms. It worked out perfectly.

Lovely house with amenities

We had a wonderful relaxing time at this Waterford house. The sunny, open living room, kitchen and dining room are as pictured. We fully used the convenient half bathrooms in the basement and walk in level and full bathrooms upstairs. The separate laundry and sink area from the shower and toilet in the hall bathroom was also helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. And the host was very accessible and flexible. The location felt safe.
