Sports harbour 2 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de sigean 36 km, Cité de Carcassonne 78 km, Espace balnéoludique de Gruissan 11 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Narbonne Plage, 3 km. The photograph shows a typical example. Additional accommodations can be booked.
2-room apartment 30 m2, on the ground floor. Fully renovated in 2020: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Small terrace, south-east facing position, patio. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Ideaal plaatsje om rustig te genieten met twee. Schitterende keuken, alleen de staat van de badkamer en slaapkamers moet dringend aangepakt worden, niet meer uit deze tijd. Ook de matrassen zijn toe aan een grondige reiniging of vernieuwing. Mooi terras waar je rustig kan zitten alleen de beplanting en inrichting kan ook eens wat worden geüpdate. Goed appartement met potentië, als de eigenaars durven te investeren.

Résidence calme, bien équipée. Est ombragée le soir ce qui permet le dîner en terrasse avec la fraîcheur. Seuls petits bémols : terrasse pas très grande et prises électriques pas toutes fonctionnelles
