This is a beautiful beachfront studio condo with two comfortable queen sized beds, just steps to the beautiful white sand! Enjoy the beautiful pool, snack shack with a rooftop area, exercise room. game room. and utility area on the same floor as the condo. This unit does not have a Balcony, but there is a nice balcony area on this floor for everyone to use. Walk to Pineapple Willys just a short distance down the beach, or to Hammerhead Freds just down the street, or just stay in and enjoy the beautiful 4th floor view!

Why they chose this property
I loved this property the minute I stepped inside of it, from the great view, to the completely remodeled kitchen and bathroom. The King sized bed is extremely comfy with a wonderful foam topper.
What makes this property unique
This beautifully kept property is just steps to the beach, has a snack shack (in season), game room, large pool, kiddy pool, exercise room, and a internet room. It is a small complex so beach chairs are always available. I provide two free chairs and an umbrella during the season.
