It's a 3 story house, you'll have exclusive use of the top 2 levels of the house. But the garage level has a LT tenant with totally separate access

I have 7 marked parking spots, of which 2 are for my long term tenant and 5 for my short term tenants. Please DO NOT block garages or the driveway.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, this is a great place for families to meet up hangout and sleep under the same roof, we met up for my parents 52nd anniversary ate dinner together, played family games. Made possible because we eere able to book this property that accommodated us all. Check it out!!!!

Lovely home with 5 bedrooms

We loved staying at Country Cove to visit Nashville. The spacious home allowed us to bring my wife's friends with us for her birthday celebration. The home had plenty of room to gather for dinner and to relax and was under a 20 minute ride to music row. We're definitely thinking about staying there again if we visit Nashville in the future.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful visit altogether. The house was perfect for our size group. Very roomy, 12 of us had plenty of spaces to spread out. To be fair there were a few things I would say needed updating, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. We had an issue with the coffee pot and one was brought over to us by the end of the day. Thank you Emkay for a wonderful stay! 😊

I am a Pharmacist and live with my family in Kissimmee, FL. Travelling is my hobby and we love taking long road trips with night halts in between. Hosting came out of my experiences with the hotels and VR we used to stay during our road ventures. We used to live in TN until 2018 and we enjoyed this home because of it's unique eco system overlooking spring water creek in the front and wooded hills with deer in the back.

Why they chose this property

We moved to the sunshine state at the beginning of 2019 and I decided to convert this beautiful home to a Vacation Rental so that at least it's bills get paid until we decide to move back to TN again some time later. I made some upgrades to match with the expected hosting standards and rolled out in 2019 with good response.
I have a long term tenant in the basement apartment attached to the garage. They have totally separate access and are not connected with the main house. They usually occupy not more than 1 or 2 of the 7 marked parking spots. They neither disturb nor are disturbed by any noise upstairs from my short term guests. They're used to all this since more than an year, so no worries at all. They also act as my caretakers for the property in my absence. So if guests reach out to me with any issues and it's non technical, I delegate that to them. So guests have someone to take care free for 24/7 :-)
