Inverness 112 right on the Comal River! Schlitterbahn!! Pool & river access!

2/1 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: Queen. 2nd bedroom: King. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Beautiful 2/1 condo at Inverness Condominiums that has every room overlooking the Comal River in New Braunfels, Texas. This is a corner condo that has hardwood floors, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, nice furnishings and the BEST view in the complex! It has a stack-able washer and dryer, pots, pans, linens and everything you need for a family get a way or romantic weekend. The complex has a swimming pool, direct river access, dedicated parking and outdoor grills. There is a large wooden deck that overlooks the grounds and many tables for socializing.

This condo is across the street from Schlitterbahn and on the Comal River. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, just contact Rockin' R shop located only .5 miles away for reservations.
You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the first floor above ground level parking and there is an elevator for easy access. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

A few issues

The condo was nice awesome view but it was really hot in the condo. Had to buy a fan just to be comfortable. The vent in the restroom is hanging from the ceiling. Parking isnt that great if you don’t have a small car you will have a hard time parking in the garage. But everything else was great.

The condo was very well kept and perfectly located off the river. The only thing I would say was missing was floats assigned to this room . We noticed a few other rooms came with floats and this would have been a nice addition. Also, the pool was extremely cloudy and no one would go near it, but we came for the river not the pool. Other then that everything was great!

Balcony with the best view

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had the best time. It has an unobstructed few of the pool and the river and what appears to be one of the largest balconies in the complex. You can get in at the condo and float about 45 min-1 hour and get out at the last public exit and then walk back is less than 10 minutes. I think we all floated 4-5 times in one day. Perfect for younger kids that need breaks and can’t handle a longer float. Perfect for us with 11-16 year olds who want to go alone. We also walked to the chute in the other direction and floated back to the condo. The walk was about 15 minutes but not bad at all. 10/10 would recommend!

This one is our Favorite! The condo was very clean. Love the Texas theme. But the balcony....WOW! If we were at the condo, we were all spending time on the balcony. It had beautiful views! Peaceful in the morning and evenings. Loved watching the floaters go by. And this was a busy busy weekend, so the rivers were full. We walked to the downtown New Braunfuls. Enjoyed the shopping, the coffee, the food. Everything was amazing! Definitely hope to stay at this condo again.

Bathing in the Comal River

You can enter and float one of the most beautiful parts of the river from the river access on site, and literally walk less than two blocks to the Schlitterbahn entrance. The condo was clean and neat as well. But, after a long day of being in the Comal River or the Lazy River at Schlitterbahn you want to take a shower and wash it off. Well not here. The shower head was broken barely trickling any water and held together by tape. It also had a glob of hair in the corner of the shower that someone forgot when cleaning it. We felt dirty the whole trip and couldn't wait to get home to shower.
