We enjoyed our stay in Overland Park and this house was perfect for our group. We were close to the Convention Center and many great restaurants. The house was clean with plenty of space. The check in and out was super easy and the host was fantastic. We will definitely look for this house and/or host on our next visit.

Our host was very welcoming, and we were impressed by how quickly he addressed/fixed 2 minor issues with the house. The house itself was exactly what our group needed: close to our event venue, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to house 8 women. The house was clean, well-appointed, and in a safe neighborhood. We were there only for a conference so a short stay but very satisfied.we found a key in the couch downstairs and left it on counter.FYI. the front screen door does not close and stay closed.Also the couch in sub basement was broken. We had no need for it. but just wanted to let you know.

Easy checking. House was clean. Owner was very responsive to all messages sent and since the gas grill had disappeared, he went out next day and brought us a new one. Amazing response. I will say that toilet in basement doesnot flush well and even with air low, the upstairs bedrooms were hot. Overall would give 5 Star. Great customer service!

Plenty of space! Loved the porch and private yard. Ceiling fans upstairs would be a huge improvement. Hot time of year equals hot upstairs but overall a great place to stay!
