130 m2 villa with 3 bedrooms on 1000 m2 plot with palm garden and pool (8x5m), terrace 80m2.

Located at the gates of Montpellier and not far from the sea, this villa with its view over the golf course of Juvignac in a peaceful residential area is the ideal place for rest and relaxation.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms (3 double bedrooms ), bathroom, separate toilet. All rooms in this villa overlook the golf course.

All rooms are kindly designed with antique furniture and design classics and have their own access to the terrace. The generous living-dining area has high ceilings and a fireplace.

On the terrace there is a large family table with a charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The pool area invites you to relax with its upholstered bamboo lounge furniture. The garden is a green oasis with many palm, almond, orange, lemon, fig and olive trees. There is private parking for up to 3 cars on the property.

All areas of the house and property including the swimming pool, garden and terrace are available with the exception of the garage, the basement and the attic.

A stone's throw from the Golf Resort Montpellier Fontcaude and its 18-hole course, this holiday villa is also ideally located:

Montpellier is 10 minutes away and you can quickly reach the beaches (Carnon, La Grande Motte, Maguelone) or the exceptional sites as such as Pic Saint Loup, Saint Guilhem le Désert, Pont du Gard and the Gorges de l'Hérault, Lac du Salagou.

Beautiful villa

The villa is beautiful, lovely and clean and bright. All the facilities we needed for a family were available there. The owners were very helpful before and during our stay with some great recommendations of what to do in the area. There was lots of space for our family of 6 and we all really enjoyed the pool and the delicious figs from the tree in the garden! We really enjoyed our stay :-)

Lovely family stay in a beautiful villa in a quiet residential area, Fabiane and family where kind and welcoming. The check in was straight forward and we had no issues whatsoever with the villa. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber und ideal für eine Erfrischung. Die Villa, der Pool und der Garten bieten viel Fläche für einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu zweit oder als Gruppe. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief problemlos. Die Gastgeber waren stets freundlich und ganztägig erreichbar. Ich habe keine negativen Kritikpunkte anzubringen, ich bin rundum zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Un séjour agréable à deux pas de Montpellier

Nous avons apprécié cette belle maison de vacances. La terrasse offre une belle vue panoramique sur les environs. Le quartier résidentiel est également calme. Pendant notre séjour, il a fait très chaud, mais l'air conditionné dans les chambres à coucher, la piscine rafraîchissante et les coins ombragés du jardin ont suffi à nous rafraîchir. Il est un peu dommage que le garage ne soit pas accessible, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de faire de belles excursions en voiture dans la région et de découvrir Montpellier à plusieurs reprises.

Schönes Haus

Schönes Haus unweit von Montpellier mit Garten und kleinem Pool (sehr sauber). Alle Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage. Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Auto kann sicher auf dem abgeschlossenen Gelände geparkt werden. Der Inhaber des Hauses ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr service orientiert und hilfsbereit. Danke für den schönen Urlaub bei dir.
