La Maronaise is a pretty 3 bedroom house located on the seafront, facing the islands of Frioul, the Château d'If, the Good Mother (Notre Dame de la Garde), at the entrance to the charming port of Les Goudes. Completely renovated in 2022, its 4 terraces with sea view, its air conditioning and its 80 m2 will make it the ideal place for your stay in Marseille.
Located in a typical Marseilles neighbourhood, it is the ideal place to enjoy the gentle life of Marseilles: beaches, walks in the calanques. For a quick swim, it's just across the street, otherwise the Maronaise beach is a 5 minute walk away. At the entrance to the Calanques National Park, many restaurants and bars are nearby.

Exterior:
The house is located on a rocky plot, so you enter from the outside and a 1st terrace ideal for meals with sea view welcomes you. On the right a second terrace in the first line on the sea will be perfect to perfect your tanning. A third terrace is accessible from one of the bedrooms upstairs. Exiting through the back of the house you will have access to the roof terrace and its breathtaking view.

The ground floor:
You enter the house in a large room organized in 3 parts:
A fully equipped open kitchen
A dining area
A lounge area with a flat screen TV
From the ground floor you have access to 2 terraces

Entresol:
On the mezzanine floor a large bathroom with shower and toilet

1st floor:
The sleeping area offers 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet
A double bedroom with access to the terrace and sea view: the postcard
A double room with access to the rock
One bedroom with bunk bed for children

Roof terrace:
The roof terrace is accessible for a new sea view.

The house is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Air conditioning / Wifi / Washing machine / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Free coffee capsules...

The cocooning service:
You will be welcomed on site in a personalized way by a person of the Cocoonr Marseille agency who will present you the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.

Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi internet access.

Geographical location:
Les Goudes is a mythical district in Marseille, along with Callelongue, it is the southern end of Marseille, a real small fishing port, unique as the end of the world in the 2nd city of France. A song is even dedicated to this district praising the experience, the Marseilles dream, of "spending a Sunday at the tidal pools" with family or friends...
La Maronaise is a small beach, but was also a mythical open-air nightclub where some people had the chance to spend fantastic summer nights, nostalgia...

Transport:
RTM bus n°19 - direction Madrague de Montredon to the terminus, then 20 - direction Callelongue, stop Les Goudes.

In season, the RTM maritime shuttles also allow you to go from the Vieux-Port to Les Goudes via the Pointe Rouge.

The road along the southern coast of Marseille is often congested, even very congested at peak times and at weekends, particularly during the summer season, and sometimes as early as the Pointe Rouge. The village is then congested with traffic. It is therefore strongly advised to use public transport or bicycles during off-peak hours.

A garage space, not secured, is proposed with the rental of the house.
