Beautiful home located on Lake Latoka in Alexandra with an amazing 13 feet of water clarity. Wonderful private lot. The yard is large with flat access to the lake and great swimming area perfect for little swimmers. A brand new massive 18’x30’ deck off of the kitchen with beautiful outdoor dining and lounge seating. The home has recently undergone extensive remodeling with all new furnishings and decor including all new beds. Amazing sun porch with large comfortable sofa and queen sofa bed with extra comfortable memory foam mattress. Open kitchen/dining area with an amazing natural wood dining table. Game room with ping pong, boss toss, and game table perfect for hanging out. We have also added a large custom movie room with plenty of seating for the whole family! We can accommodate up to 12 (children 5 and under do not count).

Amazing!

This place is incredible! Great place for any age. Our kids loved the theater! Super spacious and had all the items you want at home. I never had a moment where I wanted something they didn’t provide me.

Beautiful Home

Great house and awesome communication. Few things to note: dock is in very shallow water … we have a large boat and had to walk it up to and away from the dock each time to ensure we didn’t damage props … it works but makes it a bit stressful. Awesome fire pit on deck picture cannot be used by guests due to code.

We'd come back!

Beautiful place! Gorgeous home with fantastic decor! Comfortable and cozy! The host has this down to a T! From the binder with every detail within the home to around the lake, we were informed! If I had a question, she was available immediately! She was easy to talk to and felt like a friend I've chatted with for years! Its a perfect private quiet spot at a dead end with plenty of things to do, great access on the lake and gorgeous detail! We enjoyed so much, we would recommend to anyone and would return! Thank you!

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Vacation!

The home is beautiful with room for all 10 of us! We thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong, paddle boards, kayaks, croquet, and boating on the lake. The location is great and the house was fully stocked for anything we wanted to cook. Dinner at local restaurants was also wonderful. I would rate this 5 stars!! We appreciate them opening up their home to us! Thanks for a great vacation for our family. :-)

Amazing property in a great location!!

Loved this house and all of its features! We had 3 families, plenty of room and activities for everyone. Highlights were the water equipment available, spacious kitchen and all the appliances available, theater room, and the large deck. Would love to come back!!

We love that the dining room, living room and kitchen are nice and open with stunning views of the lake as well as the massive deck. We hope that you enjoy the cabin as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

When looking for a new property to use as our family vacation home as well as a short term rental, we looked for a home on a clear lake with a large, level lot, and plenty of room to spread out with large areas that will help bring the family together. This property is perfect!
