Kayaks, paddle boards and lily pad available for rent.

INDOOR LIVING: 2 living rooms (upper & lower) each with gas fireplace and large screen Smart TV’s, dining table seats 14, poker/game table, 2 additional smart TV’s, ceiling fans.

KITCHENS: Main level: Fully equipped, dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 ovens, microwave, garbage compactor, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, Crock-Pot, dishware/flatware, wine glasses, Keurig, hand mixer, blender, complimentary spices, kitchen island (4 stools). Lower-level kitchenette: second refrigerator, microwave.

GENERAL: Strong Wi-Fi, 2 washers, 2 dryers, linens/towels/beach towels, central heating & air conditioning, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, cleaning essentials.

THE LOCATION

LAKE LOUISE: A smaller quiet lake perfect for cruising, fishing and swimming without lake congestion. Louise is well stocked with Northerns, Crappies, Walleyes and Sunfish, and is popular for ice fishing during winter months. The lake is 300-acres with depths up to 33 feet. Public access boat launch located 1/4 miles from the house.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Big Ole Park, Carlos Creek Winery and 22 Northern Brewing, Theatre L' Homme Dieu, Country Blossom Farm, Burr Vineyards, Viking Speedway, Casey’s Amusement Park, Hook & Slice, Escape Room Alexandria, Shenanigans Indoor Playground.

OUTDOOR ADVENTURE: Lake Carlos State Park (hiking, cross country skiing or snow shoeing-rental available), Lake Brophy County Park (located on Central Lakes Trail, large fully accessible kids playground, mountain bike trail, picnic tables, groomed cross country trails and sledding hill, ice skating rink, warming area), Central Lakes Trail (great for long bike rides or walks), Alexandria Golf Club, Atikwa Golf Course, Andes Tower Hills (downhill skiing, snow tubing, summer hiking and mountain biking).

Not more than 12 additional daytime guests are permitted by Douglas County Short Term Rental requirements. Owner may have additional requirements. Parking is limited to 8 cars with no street parking.
