This was the best property we've ever stayed in It was so much more beautiful than the pictures. The hosts helped with the details that came up and accommodated our use of the pontoon. We were right on the lake with a dock and beach of our own.dock and beach of our own.

The home was very clean and well maintained. Both levels were used and enjoyed. The games and outdoor toys available were excellent. The yard being flat was great and the dock and the sand area were enjoyed by the kids. The communication from the owners was very good. A 10 out of 10!

Family gathering and enjoying one another.

Could have had more paper towels and toilet paper available, but other than that our whole family enjoyed our stay & the neighbors right next to us on the south side.

Thanks Steve & Connie for the review. Sorry that supplies weren’t fully stocked. We always want to provide 3 rolls of tp per bathroom & a roll of paper towels on each floor. I will review this with our cleaning & restocking staff. I am so glad you rented again this year & hope we see you again next year. Always, Shannon & DuWayne Peterson

Great place to stay

This property had everything we could have wanted! It was a wonderful trip! There was always something for us to do - kayaks, paddle boards, pontoon, fishing, swimming, lily pad, etc. The layout of the house was great and the 13 of us felt like we had plenty of room. Shannon was a great host and easy to contact! I would definitely recommend this place!

Family Christmas

Our family is spread out across the state so we look for a central location to meet. This house worked out great. Very roomy and clean. We have stayed at another house owned by Ken and both have been beautiful for our purpose.

Wonderful lake property.

Lovely property filled with all that is needed for a lake stay and more! Hosts were very helpful and answered all questions promptly. Unfortunately, there was a smoke odor that prevented our children with young families to stay the week entire week due to smoke allergies.

Lovely time on Lake Latoka

This was our second summer to spend a week at this Lake Latoka property. It was a great time with a beautiful large home and yard to accommodate us perfectly. The lake is clean and was perfect for all water activities. Our hosts were very accommodating however we didn’t need to bother them with anything! We left with many good memories.
