Updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on Lake Geneva. (We do MONDAY to MONDAY weekly rentals. )Lake Geneva is part of the Chain of Lakes in the Alexandria Area. The lake is versatile for fishing or recreation. Enjoy feeling like you are right on the water from your own living room, watching the beautiful sunrises. This home features a open concept living room/full kitchen as well as an outdoor patio to enjoy the lake view. The master Bedroom has a king size bed with an attached full bath and the second bedroom also has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There are two sofa sleepers available in the living room and a flat screen TV with cable. Wi Fi service included. Washer and dryer in unit. Fully equipped kitchen with island, dishwasher, stove, washer/dryer. Heat and A/C. Outside patio has a table and a fire pit for burning.(Firewood not included) Charcoal grill is available( charcoal not included.) A dock is on the property that a boat can be tied to . Outdoor amenities consist of fire pit, lake access with 32 foot dock. ( No lift for boat.) Feel free to call me with any questions. 320-766-0535.

Some local Area attractions are Theatre L'homme Dieu, Midway Mall Cinema 9 movie theatre,Caseys Amusement Park , Runestone Museum, Several Golf Courses within 10 miles, Arrowwood Stables for horseback riding, Carlos State Park with several amazing hiking trails, Local fishing guides available with Christopherson Bait. Central Lakes biking trail that is 55 miles long- (Osakis to Fergus Falls). Alexandria Aviation can provide Aerial Tours. Thursday nights on the Courthouse lawn there is live music weekly during the summer. Alexandria Shooting park or Long Lake lodge for some trap shooting or pheasant hunting. Downtown Alexandria for some local boutiques and antique shopping.

This was our third stay here and it was just as nice as the first stay! The house is well located on the lake, and close to town. The three bedrooms made it nice for separation at night but open living room and kitchen made it nice to all gather together. The owner communicated prior to our arrival as well as upon arrival with helpful hints for our stay. Would definitely recommend and will likely be back!

Lakeside Getaway

This is really a nice place for a family vacation! It is a very clean and comfortable 3-bedroom home with everything you need. The lake is clean with a nice, small swimming area with a dock. We did a lot of paddleboading. The dock would also be great for a boat. The owners are very nice and accommodating to your needs. We are planning to stay here again.

The house had all the necessities for our stay. Alicia checked in on us to make sure everything was good and always responded quickly with answers to questions before the stay. The only reason for the lower rating on location was due to road and train noise. We had a good week.

Perfect property for all; the owners are kind and respond immediately. The home is very conducive to family with the open floor plan. The house was spotless, furniture and beds were comfy, and had everything we needed. As a boat owner we truly appreciated the great new dock. Dont let this one get away...book now!!

Alicia, the property owner offered great communication. The place was great, clean and affordable. Easy access to the lake with public landing just half mile down the road. Great accommodations, boating, fishing, swimming, canoe, etc. We used their Weber grill and simply enjoyed being on the lake. Lake Geneva is so clean, quiet and offered good fishing! The property is just across from a RR, trains were loud, and probably about 3 to 4 a day. The property is also located directly off of a busy road....not the best when you have young grandchildren. All in all, it was an enjoyable time and stay! We will more than likely go back again!

So much room!!

We have done Vrbo’s for 4 years and this was by far the best experience. So clean and spacious and could easily tuck everything away. Loved having a 2 car garage for cars as well as ski and fish stuff. Communication and support from the owners went way above and beyond! Little details we really appreciated: freezer in the garage for fish/fish guts, beautifully stocked kitchen- we lacked nothing to prepare our meals, comfortable furniture and Nice size TV, garbage and recycle service, ice/water machine in the fridge, bumpers on the dock for the boat (we used our own soft bumpers too), and being near the walking trail. I very much appreciated the steady dock allowing my parents to walk on it with minimal help (they are in their 80s). Overall a wonderful treasure, thank you!

Wonderful vacation spot

We loved our week here! The accommodations are excellent and it’s so nice to be close to the lake and have a dock and beach for the kids. We also frequently utilized the biking bath across the road. We would highly recommend staying here!
