The outside space adds a lot of value since there are not many apartments with terraces. When we received the house it was very clean and organized. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay.

Batz We did appreciate our stay. Brand new, well equipped and very tidy. The location is near the downtown and all transportations. The host was friendly and responsive. If the parking was included and private I would be more than satisfied. I recommend anyone to visit and profit from it's beautiful view frm the huge balcony. Thank's Linda for your warm welcome. Batz "Everything was perfect! Just in front of the place was the bust station that can take you straight to the city centre and also a supermarket. The place was clean and same as the photo and description they provide. The only suggestion from me was maybe can add a curtain in a window next to the dining table. Since it’s a big window and at night if we turn on the lamp, people can see inside. But other than that, I really recommend this place for your stay at Rennes!"

Batz Proper en netjes appartement met terras. Niet erg veel last van de grote baan ernaast. Duidelijke communicatie met host. Op wandelafstand van Rennes centrum. Badkamer heeft niet veel ophang en opbergruimte (te grote lavabo's), maar de douche is zeer goed! Oven = combi microgolf, keuken is beperkt maar goed voor weekendje weg als je niet uitgebreid moet koken. Tevreden!

Tuvimos que estar con las ventanas abiertas, era tan fuerte el olor que por la noche no podíamos dormir cómodamente, tuvimos que comprar ambientadores y eliminadores de olores para la ropa. Debería el propietario mo entregar el apartamento en esas condiciones"
