Absolutely wonderful experience. House is amazing and the staff is even better. The host is extremely thoughtful and quick to respond to any inquiry. Cannot recommend enough if you are looking for a total luxury experience.

Friends Trip to Punta Mita

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful and perfectly kept and maintained. The staff was wonderful to work with as well. From booking to check out we had zero issues and we would all highly recommend staying at this property. We will for sure be back in the future!

Paradise with Friends

I can't say enough about how amazing of a property this is...from arrival to departure, one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The team that runs the property is amazing and the location is great, like a country club in paradise. We will be back!

Casa Corazon is amazing!

We just returned home from a couples trip with a total of three couples, and wow did we have a fabulous time! Casa Corazon is a beautiful home and even prettier than the pictures show. JJ, Erwin and Yuri were fantastic and made sure that we always were well taken care with food, drinks, dinner reservations, etc. We would highly recommend this property for a great getaway to Punta Mita!

Exceptional property!

The pictures do not do this house justice. Everything was top notch. Our group of 10 adults and children had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was yummy! We enjoyed the pool, pond and golf carts! Highly recommend staying here — you won’t regret it!

1st Class Private Resort & Service

Excellent private resort experience with top notch service, the staff is 1st class with excellent hospitality skills. The property is incredible because it has all the amenities that a resort would have but better if you are looking for large common areas but yet still have privacy individually or as a group. Phenomenal concierge service, The Chef and housekeeping is excellent. We have 13 folks to celebrate my wife's b-day and everyone was just impressed. We will be back that is for sure..

Service

The service and food preparation was underwhelming. We requested only breakfast and snacks. They bought us all this food and hardly cut up and fruit and veggies for 8 girls. We ended up wasting food. I asked for salsas, guac, cheese, veggies, and chips in the afternoon. They never made fresh salsas, only pico de gallo and used the same one every day and the same guac. No other snacks were provided. Why wouldn't they use the cheese we bought or jicamas? Hardly washed any berries. I was disappointed in the food that we received and how much money we spent on groceries. When we first arrived no groceries, not even water were in the house. The concierge I sent it to said they never received it which is incorrect. When you look at the portal you can see it there. How did they think 8 girls would do with no water, food or alcohol. The woman who greeted us wasn't helpful, but Rafael was. Then they bought so much food which we paid for and they never used it. They left everyday before we got home around 4 which also surprised me. Per the agreement they should have been there until 5 helping us.

First of all, we regretfully apologize that you had anything less than a five star experience, which is what we always aim for and I believe have always provided. Instead of coming on here and debating or defending, just know that should you ever decide to return to beautiful Casa Corazon . We will make this up to you. the homemade food by our in-house chef, Yuri is almost always one of the things that is most appreciated. As the owner, when I am there for my own personal or family visits I absolutely love this food. We apologize and will take this as a learning opportunity to tighten up certain processes and communication. Thank you for your honest feedback. I also appreciate you communicating with me privately outside of this application and letting me know how wonderful everything else was. We welcome you back anytime.
