This newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment is ideal for couples, families or conferences.
Located in the center of Cannes between the Martinez and Carlton hotels, in a quiet street, 3 minutes' walk from the sandy beach and the Croisette, and very close to the Palais des Festivals, shops, restaurants and the train station. There are several parking lots nearby, and it's also possible to park on the street in front of the apartment. It's an ideal pied-à-terre for conferences or vacations.
It is air-conditioned, on the 3rd floor of a beautiful old building with elevator, and has a bedroom (160 cm double bed) overlooking the courtyard, a living room or 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) which closes off completely, a shower room with WC, an open-plan kitchen with dining area, and a lounge area with TV.
Its ideal location in the heart of Cannes means you're sure to have a great time.

Joli appartement très bien situé
Séjour très réussi. Appartement très propre, confortable, bien agencé et calme dans un bel immeuble . Tous est accessible à pied : plage, alimentation, Palais des Congrès, etc. C'est très pratique quand on vient en train. Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec ma fille . Je recommande.
