We stayed here for several days in March as a base to explore the rest of Normandy. The property is lovely and just as expected and very comfortable for our family of four. The location is convenient and a short walk from anything you could need. The hosts were quick to respond to all our inquiries.

Very good Equipment in the house

This house is lovely and very well equipped. Everything you need is there. It is a nice kitchen and you can cook well here! The rooms are lovely! Everything was fine during our stay. We can recommend this beautiful house. Thank you very much! We had such a nice holiday!

Super séjour.

Belle location très bien située pour partir vers de nombreuses visites. Maison de ville mais très calme, aucun bruit la nuit. La maison est très bien agencée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en Normandie.

Haus ist in ansprechend geplantem Design eingerichtet. Bad sehr gut, allerdings konnte die Heizung bei kühlerer Temperatur auch durch die Hausverwaltung nicht eingeschalten werden. Keine Information zu Heizung generell und zur Haustechnik spärlich.Die Parkplätze in direkter Nähe gebührenpflichtig. Hinweis zu einer schwierigen Nachbarin war hilfreich. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt auch wegen der Boulangerie gegenüber!

Charmante maison bien équipée et agréable à vivre dans une région riche en patrimoine historique .

La maison est très jolie d'extérieur comme d'intérieur . Elle est confortable et on y vit très agréablement . La maison se situe dans le village ancien de Luc sur mer où les habitations sont très belles grâce à cette pierre claire et chaleureuse .La maison se situe dans une petite cour au milieu d'autres maisons , il n'y a pas et c'est bien précisé dans l'annonce de jardin .Nous y étions en connaissance de cause mais nos deux plus jeunes petites filles ont chaque jour sauté à la corde dans cette cour , certes pas privée .Je leur permettais cette distraction entre midi et midi et demie , aucun problème jusqu'à ce qu' une dame , voisine de droite de la maison en regardant la rue ne nous dise qu'elles auraient pu être plus discrètes . Juste pour dire que cet endroit très sympathique n'est peut être pas adapté aux familles avec des enfants de moins de 10 ans .J'ai croisé d'autres résidents très agréables et qui eux même grondaient leur chien quand il allait trop vers la maison de cette dame . Pas grave mais c'est mieux de le savoir. Une petite mise en garde, rien à voir avec la maison , les voitures roulent très vite sur cette route de village , peut-être faudrait-il demander aux habitants du Calvados de modérer leur vitesse . Tout cela pour dire qu'il faut faire très attention en traversant aux abords de la maison et même de tout le village .Même en allant cherchant le pain dans la boulangerie toute proche et aussi en allant porter les poubelles sur la place de l'Eglise .

Beau séjour dans une belle maison

Tout était très bien. La gérance a été très réactive, un dimanche à 20h00, pour intervenir pour une porte bloquée. La maison est belle, bien décorée et spacieuse. Nous y reviendrons.
