In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Available: bicycles (4), children's bicycles (2). Motor access (via unmade road). Herrliche ruhige Lage inmitte von Rosmarinbüschen und Olivenhainen. Sensationelle Aussicht. Sehr angenehme, voll ausgestattete Wohnung im 1. Stock mit 3 Terrassen. Insgesamt sind in der Anlage 3 voneinander völlig getrennte Wohnungen. G. ist die gute Seele des Hauses, kümmert sich um alles, Wohnungen, Pool, ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Ohne Auto ist die Wohnung nicht erreichbar, die Zufahrt ist eine Schotterstraße.

Schöner Urlaub ... "Bella Italia"

Absolut ruhige Lage, Entspannung am Pool sicher. Super Blick aus dem ersten Stockwerk nach Fabro , der nächstgelegenen Stadt - sehenswerte Landschaft rundum. Auch schöne eingewachsene Vegetation auf dem Grundstück - als Wohlfühlfaktor wichtig. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Besitzer, die zeitweise mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen. NUR ... die Straße, die zum Domizil führt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - viel Schotter mit teilweisen Versuchen, diese zu teeren - eher ein besserer Forstweg.
