Nestled between Pine trees our spacious home boast with updated amenities. Five bedrooms, 3 baths, 2600 square feet, 2 story home. Upstairs has living room, kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Downstairs has huge family room, bar, ping pong table, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. About 10 minutes away from Lake, beaches and marina, 10 minutes to Sierra Ski Ranch and about 10 minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort; Casinos; Restaurants; and shopping. Five minutes to golf course. Pets are not allowed due to owner allergies. Smoking not allowed inside. Easy access to Hwy 50.

The space
Large deck for outdoor eating and grilling. Living room has Smart TV, with basic cable and DVD player, cozy fireplace. Downstairs Large family room Smart TV with basic cable, streaming channels available to watch with your own account. On downstairs level you will hear steps and noises from upstairs level.

1) The renting guest is required to sign a rental agreement per the county.
2) VHR Permit #VHR21-0819
3) Self check in, instructions for access will be sent 2 days prior to arrival.
4) There is an external security camera at the front door.
5) The maximum guest limit is 10.
6) pets and smoking are never allowed
7) Bath towels provided for 10 people.
8) Minimum age to rent is 23

This place is completely awesome! Close to many activities, shops and scenic spots with easy access to all. This home comfortably accommodated our large family size. The kids loved the play area! All bedrooms are warm with cozy beds! Kitchen is great! Multiple living areas for adults to have quite time away from the kids. The host guided us every step of the way, ensuring we were taking care of and made the vacation much more relaxing. Wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. Highly (x3) recommended!

Perfect Rental Property

Visited Lake Tahoe for a destination wedding and our house rental was absolutely perfect for our family. It had spacious bedrooms, plenty of porch areas, assortment of kitchen cooking items, and the gaming area was a bonus for added fun.

Phenomenal reunion

This stunning property served as an excellent home base for our group. Plenty of rooms and seating options in addition to the game areas downstairs were perfect! Cooking was a breeze, and the location couldn’t have been better for east access to skiing or to the South Lake Tahoe area without all the rush and congestion of being too close. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! The space is spacious and the beds were comfortable. They had more than enough blankets and pillows to accommodate. More towels would be appreciated but other than that it was perfect! Communication was great and host was so sweet. If dates and price works out, my family and I will be staying there next summer.

Nice home for a weekend getaway!

Laura was great, responded to our questions very quick which helped figure things out our 1st day. Home was clean, close to heavenly lake and casinos. My family and I felt we had everything we needed as home was equipped with all appliances to help our stay feel at hime. We will definitely return!

Perfect Snow Family Holiday

We loved our 3 day snow vacation. Laura’s home was well equipped with kitchen supplies and warm blankets. We asked for an early check in to avoid holiday traffic and we were readily accommodated .The location was perfect for both skiing and touring.The home was large enough to accommodate our group of 9 without being on top of each other. I’m certain any group would find Laura’s home a perfect place to stay.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful week at this spacious home! Laura is very quick responding messages. The house is very clean, well stocked and labeled, cool even without AC in August. Kids enjoy playing ping pong and foosball. Nearby park has tennis courts and a fishing pond. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to beaches and shopping and hiking trails. We appreciated the bikes in the garage too! Highly recommended.

South Lake Tahoe

The 2 living spaces were great for a large family stay! Basic amenities were provided and the kitchen had everything needed to bake, broil or microwave. The 5 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms accommodated my family well. The ping pong table, sand toys and games were a hit with the grandchildren . The driveway fits 2 compact and 1 full size car and the garage fit a 4th vehicle. Lock your cars there are bears in South Lake Tahoe.

Nice vacation getaway for younger folks!

Our family of 8 was up for a family wedding and the age range was 65+ (including a 95-year-old) so the steep stairs were a little challenging to navigate. If no one was using the bottom floor, it would have been easier, but for a few days, it definitely served its purpose. It was clean, the property manager was very responsive and it worked great for our short stay.

Hidden Gem

This house was more than what I was expecting, it was clean, stocked kitchen and had lots of room. All the cabinets are labeled so you don’t have to go around looking for what utensils you need to cook. Light switches are even labeled so no guessing there. Lots of space to park. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the casino and 5 minutes to the grocery store. I will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful House and Location

We enjoyed the house with all of the amenities. Stairs are steep to basement but that was disclosed in the description. Kitchen is well equipped and love the island which gave us plenty of room for prepping meals. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Love the master bedroom with the bathroom included. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed: groceries, lake and Camp Richardson ice cream. The only issue we had was the garbage cans were full upon arrival but the host was able to provide a solution quickly. Highly recommend this location for family and friends to gather. Not suitable for younger kids because of the steep stairs.

The cabin had plenty of rooms and the hostess was quick to respond to inquiries. The kitchen table was large and accommodated our group. The living room was setup in a format conducive to chatting, making a puzzle or watching TV.There were some fairly minor issues - one of the beds was uncomfortable, the garage door had issues closing, and the stairs were steep.I would say overall it was a nice experience and place to stay at a reasonable comparable price.

Our family has always enjoyed the Tahoe area. Since our kids were little we would come up to ski in the winter and for weekend trips in Spring and Summer. Tahoe has so much to offer, we enjoy the breaches, boating, hiking, biking and the great restaurants and casinos. Our dream finally came true of owning our own vacation home here and we enjoy sharing it with you.

Why they chose this property

From the moment we walked into this house, we fell in love. It has so much space, comfort and amenities. It's a quiet neighborhood and in close proximity to all activities; lakes, hiking, skiing, shopping, casinos and many great restaurants. We are 5 mins to Lake Tahoe Golf Course. We are easy access to Hwy 50, for easy in and out of the area.

What makes this property unique

Very spacious, plenty of room for families. However, we do have steep stairs to the downstairs with no child gate, so really not suitable for small children. The lower level has a ping pong table, soccer foosball, and family room with bar. It leads to an outdoor deck with a view of the Pine trees.
