The home was even better in person than in the photos. It is very clean and with lots of light. It's close to a lot of food places and activity areas. Matt, the owner, was extremely responsive. It had more than enough space for our big group. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot as advertised

Fun place, plenty of space for group to sleep. A little bit further from the fun spots and restaurants by state line but as expected on the map

Snowboarding Trip

We rented the property for a trip to heavenly resort to do some snowboarding. The house was great and located within 10 minutes of the California main lodge at heavenly. Rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all great and had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

Awesome place in South Lake!

This home was fantastic. We stayed there with friends (some of us skiing, some of us just exploring Tahoe), and we'll gladly stay there again. The home was in perfect shape. Thank you Matt for having us!

Lake Tahoe 2023 Winter Stay

Matt was an amazing host and was available at all times. His property was a beautiful home that was able to sleep everyone in my party comfortably! Kitchen and rooms are very spacious and the location to stateline is about 10 minutes away. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in South Lake Tahoe!

I actually think that the house looks much better in real life than in the pictures. The house was clean and the host responsible. One downside was that the oven wasn’t working during our stay but we made it work.
