Amazing Stay

The apartment is very clean, easy to get to, and Christine (the host) went above and beyond to have us feel comfortable. It is conveniently located on the beach in St. Laurent and is walking distance to Cap3000 and local restaurants along the beach. In just a 20 minute car ride we were in Nice.

Amazing location, great property, clean, well stocked, and amazing view. We loved this property wish we would have stayed longer. Walking distance to restaurants, CAP3000, buses, and is right on the beach. Watching the airplanes land and take off was also very fun. We enjoyed our stay the condo is very well thought out lots of storage, comfortable, and has everything you could need. Host is incredible fast to respond to requests, check in/out changes, and has great local recommendations. We would stay here again. It’s very under priced for what you get.

Fantastic location and apartment

A gorgeously designed studio apartment with everything we needed. Ideally located directly in front of the beach (handiplage), and with the Cap3000 shopping centre a few minutes walk away. Public transport was very close by (tram/bus). Stylish layout (you can tell the owner is from a design background), and really functional use of a small space. Plenty of towels, the bonus of a washing machine/dryer means you could pack light. There are fitness classes and lots of water sports right outside on the promenade. A short walk to a large selection of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. We will definitely be back, and didn’t want to leave!

Perfect spot! Don’t pass this place up!

I stayed in this perfect little spot on the beach for about 3 weeks while working in Nice. This apartment is nothing short of heavenly! The space is super efficient and designed beautifully. Everywhere you look is a treat for the eyes. The location is amazing, right on the beach, with a paved promenade right along it, perfect for running or walking. Just a 2 minute walk away are lots of seaside restaurants, and a 4 minute walk the other way brings you to the CAP 3000 shopping mall, where you can easily hop on bus 12 to get to old Nice in about 25 minutes along one of the most gorgeous roads in the world, alongside the Mediterranean Sea. The beach right in front of the apartment is the only sandy beach in Nice, and it’s very fun also to watch all the various water sports people engage in. I even enjoyed seeing the planes landing and taking off - yet there is hardly any noise from this! The apartment is quiet, super clean, is in a very secure building, and has everything one would need for a vacation or a business trip. Highly recommend! I would give it 6 stars if I could!

Bonjour à tous!!Nous vous recommandons fortement ce magnifique appartement. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Notre hôte Sabrina, a tout fait à la perfection pour rendre notre séjour agréable. L'appartement est tres propre et magnifiquement situé devant la plage, et à proximité de plusieurs petits resto-terrasse tous aussi accueillant les autres que les autres. Bref nous avons déjà hâte à la prochaine fois!!!

Appartement d’une qualité PARFAITE ! Cet appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, dans les tons naturels, ce qui le rend apaisant et chaleureux. Et d’un calme… Il est fabuleusement bien décoré, tout y est. Tout est bien pensé… La place parking dans la résidence sécurisée ! Simplement génial… Vue panoramique mer au réveil ! Directement sur la plage…. Idéal pour les promenades en bord de mer. Large choix de bars et restaurants qui sont à proximité (5 min à pieds! Max) sur la promenade des Flots Bleus, le port (10 min a pied) et de CAP 3000 (la citée du shopping !!!) Toutes les informations vous sont transmises à l’arrivée par une belle personne ! Souriante et accueillante.

Very efficient and well laid out small apartment near the beach

Although this apartment is quite small, it is laid out in a manner that that makes it very usable and comfortable for 2 people or 2 people and a small child. It is located near the beach, the CAP3000 shopping center, and numerous restaurants. The parking area is gated so that there is little danger of theft.
