Beautiful Newly Renovated Condo 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Ocean Forest Villas E306

This is a peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable condo. We provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!

Parking: Easy access private parking lot monitored by security. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.

Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up steps to get to unit on 3rd floor. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked - Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.

Family room: Plenty of seating for the family! Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors.

Bedroom 1: Balcony access along with ocean views from the bedroom window! King Bed
Bathroom 1: Attached! Stand up shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed

Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between the bedrooms. Full shower/tub.

Balcony: Beautiful Oceanview. Incredible view for sunrises!

Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.

Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.

Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling).

The Neighborhood:

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach. It’s a quiet, family friendly complex that is within a quick drive to all of the most popular attractions!

Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host does not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
NO PETS
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Minimum booking age: 25


Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

The room is beautiful, with a great view from the balcony. The kitchen has all the "hardware" you need, whether you're making a 4-course breakfast or some quick sandwiches. With the shortest walk to the beach you can find, this place is great for those looking to maximize their shore time without needing to load up a car or cart and manage logistics for an entire day. I almost don't want to leave a review, so that I can keep this property as my little secret!

Stones Throw from Everything

Our vacation was perfect! The building is brilliant, no elevators to wait for just quickly zip up stairs to your floor! We had an ocean view and took 2mins to walk onto the beach. The condo itself was very clean and tastefully decorated and has everything needed for our stay. Also of note is its location, central to all the sites, shopping and restaurants yet secluded and extremely quiet location.

More than expected

We booked this listing after another one fell through. I was a bit concerned since there were only a few reviews, not many pictures and a bare bones description of space and amenities. BUT we wanted to be in this area and had already researched this complex and it's beach access. What a pleasant surprise! The pictures don't do the space justice; so cute, clean and updated. The beds and furniture were comfy. There were chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Linens, hand soap, dish soap, and paper goods were all there; which is more rare in rentals since Covid. The complex has it's own beach access and the sunrise views from the balcony were gorgeous. This area is enough away from the crowds that you can enjoy the area without all the noise the restaurants and amusements. We had one small issue, but Tina responded promptly when we called about it.
