My wife Amara and I are excited to be new owners of this luxurious property in the North End of Ocean City! It is a property that we dream about during the cold and dreary days of winter as a true vacation getaway! It is ideal for a multigenerational family parents, kids and grandparents can vacation with aunts, uncles and cousins under one roof and have plenty of space to spread out.
The house has a state-of-the-art technology and entertainment system with Wifi, Google Smart Home, Roku TV Streaming, 4K TVs, Sonos sound system. We are committed to offer a fair price for a 'home' that is nicer and has more amenities than any other home in its price range on the north end.

Our family vacationed all over the shore for years, but spent many seasons in Ocean City. To us Ocean City just feels like home. It seems like there is always something going on and it has so many amazing attractions and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with the beautiful street (Park Place) and the quiet enjoyment of our front porch. Additionally, the master suite with walk-closet, sitting area, fireplace and 2 decks is an amazing oasis. Finally, the elevator which opens to the garage enables an easy way to
