In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking space n 6 & 7. Grocery 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 400 m, bar 1 km, bakery 1.4 km, bicycle rental 1 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wasserbühlen" 100 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 1.4 km, sports centre 1.1 km, mountain railway 1 km, gondola lift, ski rental 700 m, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 400 m, children's playground 1.1 km. Mooi appartement

Dit mooie appartement ligt comfortabel van de Terminal waar je ski's kunt huren, in de locker zetten en waarvan de liften vertrekken. De garage is overdekt en de oprit verwarmd. Er is een prachtig uitzicht. Alles is er, ruime keukenspullen, TV/Netflix, boeken... Het dorp is een kwartier lopen; dat is misschien het enige minpuntje.

This was our third holiday in Apartment Nagano. The apartment was clean and well equipped. As previously, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the spectacular views. Grindelwald is now a lot busier but the weather was unusally very hot and the new lifts were superb.

Fijn appartement met een schitterend uitzicht

Ruim, schoon en goed uitgerust appartement met een schitterend uitzicht op de bergen van het Berner Oberland. Het appartement ligt op een paar minuten lopen van de bergbanen en het station (het pad is redelijk steil). Op het ruime balkon is het, na afloop van dag in de bergen, heerlijk toeven in de middag-/avondzon. Het enige minpunt is dat er geen mogelijkheid is om zelf te wassen (kan wel via het Interhome-kantoor tegen betaling).

Wonderful Grindelwald Apartment

Very nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Convenient to Grindelwald Terminal and related train and gondola lift. The views from this property were absolutely stunning. Everything in good working condition. Wonderful deck with table and 4 chairs. Having to pick up and drop off keys at Interhome office in central Grindelwald was the only hassle especially when leaving.

Bel appartement bien situé.

La vue donne sur le domaine skiable....très très beau ! Il y a deux places de parking en sous-sol ce qui est très agréable après le ski. Surtout qu'il y a un accès avec ascenseur et un local pour les skis et chaussures de ski. Une buanderie est aussi à disposition. Attention la description des lits est incorrecte: il y a une chambre avec deux lits simples de 90x200cm et une chambre avec un lit double de 160x200cm. la chambre avec les lits simples a aussi une petite salle de douche et WC très pratique !!! Avec des ados, c'est facile d'aller skier sur le domaine de First en bus, mais avec des petits enfants, c'est compliqué. Il faut une voiture. il manque quelques instruments de cuisine....de bon couteaux, presse ail, fouet électrique par exemple.

Sehr schöne, grosszügige Wohnung mit top Aussicht und recht ruhig gelegen. Eigentlich nahe der Männlichenbahn, aufgrund der Steigung und den vereisten Fusswegen war es zu Fuss aber doch ziemlich mühsam, dorthin zu gelangen.

Great Location with Amazing Views from the Balcony

The 2 bed/2 bath apartment was spotlessly clean and situated approx. 15-20 mins walk from the centre of Grindelwald where the shops and restaurants are. The apartment had a huge balcony which was great to sit on and watch the world from. Just be careful of the costs as there were over EUR100/day hidden costs for this apartment which were not mentioned at the time of the booking. We had to pay for bedding/towels and cleaning separately after booking and prior to checking in (when it was too late to cancel and get a cheaper place elsewhere). Maybe this is common in Switzerland, but for all other VRBO bookings I've made, the total cost has been provided upfront.

Nagano Chalet Grindelwald - Loved it!

This home is located an easy (uphill!) walking distance to the center of Grindelwald - it's close to 2 train stations, Grindelwald and Grund, and 2 gondolas. Access to many fun locations, hikes, attactractions, dining, and shopping all nearby. Coin laundry was close too! The chalet was very clean - great kitchen. Plenty of space for my family. We loved the deck - the view is unbeatable. My kids were happy that internet was always up and working quickly. We would definitely stay there again.
