1 equipped kitchen overlooking the terrace, with 3-burner induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
Upstairs mezzanine under attic (fairly steep staircase):
1 bedroom with double bed 160cm for 2 people with duvet -
Enclosed courtyard with terrace. Terrace furniture. Barbecue. Parking space.
Electric heating. Terraced house. Quiet neighborhood. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ... etc.).
Rental fortnight the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).
