Beautifully decorated and newly furnished Pool home in beautiful Palm Aire off University Blvd.
Just Minutes to the Mall, Airport, Downtown and the Beaches.
One road in, one road out of our small subdivision. Great for walking and biking with very little traffic.
A luxurious home with 9 1/2-foot ceilings. Decor includes a new 70-inch flat screen TV in the family room. Sliders to lanai and large pool from the Family room, Kitchen, Living room and Master bedroom.
The MBR has a king size bed, second TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large walk closet.
The second bedroom has Queen bed and a walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds and walk in closet.
The second bathroom has a tub and shower and door out to the pool.
*Pool can be heated in cooler months (December-April) for an additional charge of 25.00 a day. Please request before arrival so it's heated when you check-in*
There is a full laundry room with new washer and dryer.
The dining room has 6 chairs but can accommodate eight. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances including a large fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garburator, utensils, dishware, Keurig, toaster and blender.
There is a 2-car garage to park your car(s). The home is fully air conditioned and equipped with beach chairs and coolers as it is only 20 Min. to the beach

Great Stay at The Ranger Station

The property is beautiful and welcoming. It has all the amenities of home. The owner is very accessible and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and Relaxing

Ranger Rick provided a warm and inviting home in a great neighborhood. We were greeted with a basket full of goodies, plenty of linens and pool / beach toys! We spent a good part of our time relaxing by the pool, and it's very quiet there!

A wonderful home

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Rick is an amazing host and was very helpful when I reached out to him. The home is lovely and it was very clean. The neighborhood is close to everything but is in a quiet area, away from all the hustle and bustle. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent property

I've stayed at 7 different properties in the Sarasota area, and this is definitely the best by far. Exceptionally clean, great open spaces for a medium group, with a great and well stocked kitchen along with board games and activities. Would highly recommend.

Ranger Station Stay

Ranger Rick is VERY prompt and attentive! Everything was as advertised upon our arrival! This home and pool were both beautiful and spacious! HIGHLY recommend this place, my family of 7 felt at home the entire stay!

Amazing vacation house

Rick was an amazing host. The property is exactly as described with lots of amenities to make you feel right at home. From the minute we arrived we knew we had picked the right place. Rick provided Adirondack info where we could see fireworks it was fantastic!

Ranger Rick's house is very clean and spacious. Well-appointed and a quiet neighborhood. We loved having the pool for late day dips after being out and about. It's a great vacation house and Rick and Doris are so nice. We'll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family of four, although there was room for more. The house was impeccably clean and well-organized with everything you'd need to cook, grill, swim, and go to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and well cared for, and even great for running with very little traffic.

Serious, I know the house is about 25 min away from the beach, but is worth. Super clean, easy communication, and the owner ia always ready to help. The house is spacious, and make you feel like home. So hope to be there again next summer.

Fantastic Stay

This was our second summer to stay in Rick's home. He and his team continue to keep the house incredibly clean and the pool/pool area are well maintained. He provided a basket of snacks and put bottles of cold water in the garage refrigerator for us. Palm Aire continues to be a very quiet and peaceful development that is very biking/walking/running friendly and very close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. We rented bikes and rode them through Palm Aire every morning. We will stay with Rick again when we visit Sarasota.
