Stay at this prestigious address: located on the 3rd floor (without a lift), this spacious 120 m² apartment offers three double bedrooms and a secluded terrace where you can enjoy Montpellier’s 300 days of sunshine—perfect for a quiet breakfast or an evening drink.



The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a living room, a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate WC with a basin. All bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort, along with a TV and Wi-Fi.



Ideally located in the heart of the city center, the apartment is just steps from the Promenade du Peyrou and close to the magnificent Jardin des Plantes, the oldest botanical garden in France, established in 1593. A prime location for exploring the treasures of Montpellier.

Please note that Montpellier’s historic center is entirely pedestrianized, which can make driving difficult. The Préfecture public parking is located very close to the apartment, along with an extensive public transportation network to facilitate all your travels.

Séjour parfait pour Noël ! Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’emplacement est idéal et l’hôte a été disponible et attentionné. Je recommande sans hésiter et j’y retournerai avec plaisir.

Kommunikation mangelhaft, erst auf mehrmaliges telephonieren wurde erklärt wo sich der Schlüssel befindet. Die Schlüsselbox nicht gefunden, hing dann an einem Laternenmast fast auf der Erde. Beim Kaffeeautomat fehlte die Kanne,Also Kaffee gab es nicht.Wasserkocher defekt, Staubsauger kaputt,Sonst war die Wohnung perfekt. Lage super.
