Great location, nice to have a garage for cold weather, had everything we needed, comfortable beds too. Checking in was a little complicated and suggest an easier process. A simple door code instead of downloading an app, much better. Host very easy to reach and helpful, close to everything.

Great place for us

This duplex was in a great location for our trip. It's an easy on and off of I-75. There's an outlet mall and lots of restaurants close by. The unit was very clean. It was easy to communicate with our host. We would stay here again.

Great hospitality

This property is accurately portrayed in its listing and pictures. We were grateful to have access to the two car garage as there was a storm with hail one evening. The location has easy access to I-75. The communication with management was excellent. Thank you Braydon. Great stay!Eexcellent

Great Stay!!

We were in town for my nephew’s graduation party. The property was conveniently located, easy to get to and more spacious inside than we realized from the online pictures! It worked out perfectly! Loved the contactless entry and check-in. Would definitely use again!

242 in Monroe

My family stayed for almost 6 weeks after moving to the area from out of state. The home and neighborhood were great while we explored Cincy and looked for our new home. The 2 car garage and big driveway were very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Ohio visit for family wedding

Great location and great 2BR, 2BA property. Easy check in with the August app. Roomy walk-in closet in master bedroom with king bed. Big garage door. Quiet neighborhood and so convenient to 75. Plenty of room to relax and great amenities. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice getaway

Very comfortable accommodations. We had everything we needed for our stay. Owner even left snacks which we appreciated. The only complaint is that we did not receive a response from the owner regarding our inquiry about which outside garbage cans to use. We just made do with a couple of cans that were out by the road.

The electronic key did not work. The backup keypad was supposed to be programmed with the number I was given, and it was not. We attempted to contact the host via Vrbo messaging, text, and phone call and got no response over the 2 hours we stood outside the property trying to get in. Contacted Vrbo who also tried to reach host to no avail. My party of 4 wound up having to pay for 3 hotel rooms because we never heard from the host to this day! Except some auto messages asking how we enjoyed our stay and reminding us when checkout was. I expect a full refund.
