This house has been renovated in an ecological way with wood insulation. You enter a beautiful living room of 40 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a relaxation/TV area. Separated by a sliding door, a bedroom with a double bed, a WC and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Go down a few steps to access a large bedroom with a double bed, a desk offering a view of the garden. Upstairs in the mezzanine, a rest-reading area and a bedroom with a double bed. Take advantage of the garden and the softness of Tours for meals on the lawn or under the converted barn. Enjoy autumn and winter evenings with a brand new stove with free wood supply. Arrived on site, you can park near the front door, the time to unload your car. Then go forward about 60 m and leave your car in the public car park.

The management of the keys is done independently. The concierge of the house remains available by telephone if necessary.

Don't miss its market in the heart of the city on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. 30 minutes from your place of residence, you have the wonderful zoo of Beauval (plan a full day), the castle of Amboise and the Clos Lucé (last house of Leonardo da Vinci), the castle of Chenonceau. At 45 min you have the castle of Chaumont sur Loire with its famous international garden festival.
Nearby, go for long walks in the forest of Loches or on the banks of the Indre.

Via the A85: 10 min from exit 11 D58 - D31: Bléré, Loches, Amboise, Montrichard, Chenonceau.
Via the A10: 30 minutes from the Chambray les Tours exit, take the direction of Loches, Châteauroux.
Loches station: to go to Tours.
Tours airport: 40 min.
