At your disposal on the ground floor a beautiful fitted kitchen, a dining room and a TV lounge in a room of more than 50 m². A parental suite with a 160 bed and a private bathroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed, a bathroom and on the landing, a play area for children. Outside, a lounge with parasol, sun loungers, play areas for children and a beautiful pétanque court for young and old. At 100 m, you can consider beautiful walks or bike rides along the Indre valley to reach the town at 600 m.

You will have access to private access to the entire property. Free private parking available

Property located in a hamlet, close to a village with bakery, tobacco bar and basic grocery store. You are 10 minutes from Loches, a beautiful medieval city. Do not miss its weekly market on Wednesday morning and Saturday morning in the heart of town. You are 30 min from Beauval Zoo, 35 min from Amboise, 30 min from the Château de Chenonceaux. And so many things still to discover in South Touraine.
