A very nicely updated and modernized cabin, great lake view, the pontoon boat was a plus for us. The communication process with the owners was very easy. The location being close to town was a plus for our activities away from the cabin. I'd certainly use this rental again!

We had a great stay at this cabin, the house was clean and the boat ran great. It was close to town which made bait store runs and groceries a breeze. The lake wasn’t crowded, we caught some bass and pike. Jon was a very good host , I would like to go back again someday.

This is our second time staying here. Great cabin, and great owners. Very quick to respond to any questions you have, and they go out of their way to make your stay great. Jon came by before 7 am one day to address something with the boat so we could make it out for fishing. I highly recommend this cabin and the owners.

The cottage was lacking pillows towels and kitchen supplies if 5 people stayed there. Needs a dishwasher , washer, drier to be comfortable to stay past a couple days with more than just us 2. It was great to have the pontoon boat available. Bedrooms got warm with only one A/C unit in living room. Middle of summer would b difficult to keep cool. Liked being able to walk to local very nice bar. Downtown Hayward is very nice. Place was very clean. We used our own wood in their fire pit but they had plenty available.

Charming cabin on the water front

Cabin was adorable, clean, close to town, host was very friendly and easy to reach when we had questions. Lake was beautiful and the provided pontoon was great to have for cruising on the water or doing a little fishing.
