Relax in the sauna, and steam room, and enjoy seasonal amenities, including a tiki bar. Peruse the lobby gift shop, packed with beach attire, supplies, water toys, and keepsakes. Looking for the perfect place to host weddings, meetings, and events? SunDestin Beach Resort boasts over 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it the ideal spot! Should any questions arise during your stay, our cordial and knowledgeable Scenic Stays team will be available via our 24-hour on-site front desk.



SunDestin Unit 0110 is a charming one bedroom, one and one half bathroom ground floor condo accommodating up to four. The fully-appointed kitchen is loaded with plenty of counter and cabinet space for preparing and serving tasty snacks for the beach. The soft whites and sandy hues in this unit are the perfect backdrop for relaxing in the open/concept space after a day in the sun. Engage in a board game or puzzle at the dining table with seating for all or lounge in the living room with a queen sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. At day's end, retire to the master suite with a king-sized bed and another flat-screen TV. You’ll love the quick and easy access to the pool, directly out your back door.



You won’t have to travel far to discover the beauty, culture, and food Destin has to offer. Check out AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar or Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House, both on the Destin harbor, for nightly entertainment and fresh seafood.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Quick spring vacation!

Staff were friendly & helpful upon checkin. Loved the ground floor where we could walk right out to pool areas & beach. Had trouble finding as the link for directions took us elsewhere - had to type in address. Overall - good experience - beds were comfy and all necessary items were available.

Great location

Loved this unit! It was right behind the walkway to the beach. Staff was very friendly and the burgers at the restaurant great! The only downfall was the large outdoor pool being closed and us not being informed. Other than that, everything was great. We will most likely stay here again.

Great family vacation

This room is so convenient to everything! Right outside the door is a splash pad (wasn’t open during our stay but still nice) the pool and hot tub right outside your patio door! Also the hotel restaurant is right next door as well! My only complaint would be that the shower water in the room never got hot. It was always a cooler Luke warm. The beach is also steps away from the patio. We loved our stay

Perfect for kids!!

We chose the bottom floor for safety. We have 2 young children, one which is autistic. It was perfectly safe and convenient. We were worried about hearing loud children playing on the splash pad while we were in out room, but we never heard any. It was a very enjoyable experience. This room is the most convenient; located near the splash pad, two pools, hot tub, the beach, and the hotel tiki bar and restaurant.

The master bedroom mattress has a large hole in the middle of the bed where you roll towards the center the whole time. There is two open holes in the ceiling of the master bedroom where something was previously hanging! The baseboards in bathroom was dirty! The pull out sofa has a hole in the corner where the springs have been ripped off. My two year old could fall thru this hole between the frame and mattress. Patio door is really hard to open and close so much so my 7 year old could not open it. Would have been nice to recieve a key to lock the patio gate so we didn’t have to go inside the hotel to use card. This is our 6 times staying at the resort and this is the least favorite room!

Best Location and Convenience

This unit worked perfectly for the wife & I, and more importantly for our 2 year old. The convenience of having the splash pad and beach directly out of the back door is priceless. Basic accommodations, nothing fancy, but has most of the necessities. The only thing missing in the unit was a washer/dryer, but they are available on the 2nd floor. If you're looking for a nice ocean & sunset view this would not be the place. Units on higher floors would be your best bet. Although, being on the ground floor means you are closer to the outdoor tiki bar. We enjoyed our stay and will look to return in the future.

Very convenient to beach, great staff. Beach chair guys were terrific. Highly recommend renting beach chairs. Condo so convenient to beach and made for a great stay. Walking distance to back porch along the beach. Very cool

Family Vacation

This was absolutely perfect for our family. Have a 3 year old and 10 month old. Splash pad and pools out our back door and being on the bottom floor was perfect easy access when coming off the beach. Everything we possibly needed was in the condo and anything else the resort had with the store/restaurant/dvd rental. Already looking at booking the same room for next time. Very impressed

Walk out to the beach!

We loved this location with having a toddler! She could play on the splash pad and it was so convenient walking back and forth to the beach with her. We gladly gave up the ocean view for the convenience. The only tiny complaint I would have is lack of storage for your luggage. Other than that, our family loved this unit and would definitely stay again!
