Schönes Haus mit erheblichem Verbesserungsbedarf – enttĂ€uschender Service durch Interhome

Wir haben uns auf unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus gefreut, da es auf den ersten Blick sehr schön aussieht und das Potenzial fĂŒr einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bietet. Die Lage und das Ă€ußere Erscheinungsbild des Hauses sind ansprechend, und die Architektur verspricht einen gemĂŒtlichen Aufenthalt. Leider trĂŒben jedoch erhebliche MĂ€ngel im Haus selbst dieses Erlebnis. In den BĂ€dern gibt es einen starken, unangenehmen Geruch, der sich im ganzen Haus ausbreitet. DarĂŒber hinaus sind viele Bereiche des Hauses in einem schlechten Zustand: Spinnweben in den Ecken, schmutzige Lichtschalter, fleckige Auflagen auf den StĂŒhlen und sichtbarer Schimmel in den Fugen des Badezimmers. Der Grill, der in der Beschreibung als Highlight angepriesen wurde, war aufgrund von hygienischen MĂ€ngeln kaum nutzbar. Ebenso war die KĂŒche zwar funktional, doch der Backofen hatte einen Wackelkontakt, was uns Sorgen bereitete und vieles mehr. Besonders enttĂ€uschend war jedoch der Umgang mit diesen Problemen durch „Interhome“die als Vermittler und Ansprechpartner fungierten. Trotz mehrmaliger Kommunikation und der Meldung der MĂ€ngel wurde keine ernsthafte Hilfe angeboten, und es wurde keine VerĂ€nderung vorgenommen. Aufgrund dieser UmstĂ€nde mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt leider abbrechen, da die Situation vor Ort nicht den Erwartungen und dem Preis der Unterkunft entsprach. Fazit: Ein grundsĂ€tzlich schönes Haus, aber der mangelhafte Zustand und die unzureichende UnterstĂŒtzung durch „Interhome“ fĂŒhrten zum Abbruch.

Sehr großes Design-Haus mit SchwĂ€chen. Fenster im Schlafzimmer (Dachgeschoss) ohne Verdunklungsmöglichkieten. Kein Radio oder Fernsehen vorhanden. Internet nur LTE-Router, kein Internet ĂŒber Festnetzanschluss vorhanden. Daher immer wieder Ausfall der Verbindung.

Haus war sehr schön in ein kleines, ruhiges Dorf. Zum Strand ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Mehrere GeschĂ€fte in der NĂ€he. Schöne Dörfer in der NĂ€he. Andere SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten im Umkreis einer Autostunde gelegen.

Ruime, luxe woning vlakbij Normandische kust

Heel fijne, ruime, smaakvol en volledig ingerichte woning (door architect verbouwde boerderij) van alle gemakken voorzien met eigen terras (zon en schaduw) en heel groot grasveld met trampoline en schommeltoestel). Eigenaar woont er naast, zij hebben een eigen privé terras. Vriendelijk ouder echtpaar dat, wanneer gewenst, klaar staat voor hulp bij vragen en tips over de omgeving. Mevrouw spreekt ook goed Engels en Duits. Paar minuutjes rijden naar Kiran plage, supermarkt, dorpje St.Pair Sur Mer

Großartige, luftige, mit coolen und hochwertigen Materialien renovierte ehemalige Scheune mit sehr gut ausgestatteter KĂŒche, eingebettet in einen weitlĂ€ufigen Park, ĂŒppige Blumenpracht, alte GemĂ€uer, traumhafter Sitzplatz zum Dinieren unter BĂ€umen, perfekte Mischung aus Tradition und Moderne, toller Badestrand in FußnĂ€he, kleiner Bauernmarkt "um die Ecke" , dazu ganz reizende, hilfsbereite Gastgeber - merci!

Super séjour de 2 semaines dans le corps de ferme magnifiquement rénové, pour les amoureux de grands volumes. Tout le confort est présent. Nous avons passé un séjour avec 3 enfants, le jardin est immense. La plage est à 2km. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse et d'une aide extraordinaire.

het was heerlijk ontspannen vertoeven in een prachtig gerenoveerd vakantiehuis met mooie tuin...heel goed ontvangen door de enthousiaste huiseigenaren waarvoor niets teveel was..de renovatie van de woning is prachtig geslaagd ..een huis met een ziel..en bovendien heel goed uitgerust met alle modern comfort..we gaan zeker terug..

Luxus fĂŒr die Seele

Was fĂŒr ein Ferienhaus!!! Ein irdisches Erholungsparadies! Hier hat Familie Leveque mit sehr viel Geschmack und Sinn fĂŒr Schönheit etwas Besonderes geschaffen. Wir sind angekommen und konnten uns sofort fallenlassen und mit dem Erholen beginnen. Die Vermieterin und ihre Tochter sprechen Deutsch, sodass nicht nur alle notwendigen Informationen (auch schon im Vorfeld) ausgetauscht werden konnten, sondern auch sehr nette GesprĂ€che entstanden. Wir waren zwei Familien und haben uns pudelwohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Haus war so groß, sodass auch die Teenies sich von "nervenden Eltern" absetzen konnten um ihren eigenen Interessen nachzugehen. Ein Riesengarten mit Trampolin und Fußballtor luden die kleineren Kinder zum Toben ein. Leider waren wir nur eine Woche da, denn hier kann man es sehr gut sehr viel lĂ€nger aushalten. Wir danken Familie Leveque fĂŒr eine wundervolle Zeit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
