Beautiful apartment house "Chalet am Reeti". In the district of Gydisdorf, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, south facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, laundry (extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Grocery 300 m, shopping centre 200 m, restaurant, bar 200 m, bicycle rental 100 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Firstbahn" 100 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Golf course (9 hole) 1.5 km, tennis 1 km, minigolf 200 m, sports centre 400 m, gondola lift, ski rental 150 m, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 1 km, children's playground 400 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 18 km. Please note: no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Männlichen and kleine Scheidegg. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Prima uitgangspunt

Ligt naast de Firstbahn, wat overdag geluid geeft. Als geluid je snel irriteert, kan het vervelend zijn. Wij waren elke dag op pad dus geen probleem.

Mooie locatie, vanaf het terras uitzicht op de gletscher, vriendelijke gastvrije eigenaar, inrichting basic maar alles wat nodig is. Mede door het mooie weer fijne vakantieweek. NB de eigenaar en zijn vrouw waren vriendelijk en gastvrij, de correspondentie van Interhome was dat bepaald niet en de prijs was te hoog voor het gebodene.

Tolle Aussicht, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber , fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben die Gegend sehr genossen. Gastgeber hat uns mit dem Auto abgeholt. Unterwegs hat er uns einige Tipps gegeben wo man was besorgen kann. Wir werden wieder kommen.

No view of any value. The view from the one door sized window leads to bushes withing a couple of meters. The view out the front lead to more plantings on an adjacent hillside. The First gondola is adajcent with its noise but none of the beauty of the area. No internet connection. If you come to visit Grindelwald an obvious quality most folk are looking for is the majesty of the area.

Next to the Lift!

This apartment is in the next building from the First gondola, which makes it an awesome location! You can also clearly hear all of the lift operations, so don't expect to sleep in..not a problem at all for us tho.The shower was really good, and the water is always super hot in Switzerland! We made the mistake of thinking we could use the washer/dryer as was the case in previous locations..that's a big no-no, so make sure you check first! For the price and location I highly recommend this!

Great location and well equipped apartment

The location is very good and easy to reach the town, supermarkets, etc. The host was very welcoming and polite. We had a great view from the place. The apartment is exactly as pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is a good shower and good beds. Definitely recommended
