Wonderful place

We have had the best holiday in many years . The villa was more than expected , spacious , clean , private gardens and a good sized pool , just as descibed and more. Everything we could have wished for supplied a real home from home . We will definately return to Casa Levante thankyou .

Beautiful Property

Gorgeous home in a beautiful community in the Algarve. Very comfortable for our party of six. Could walk to restaurants and a small grocery store. Bus stop close to take a 10 minute ride to the Carvoeiro. Communicating with hosts was very easy. Highly recommend this property.

The perfect spot

Our stay in this lovely spot on the Algarve Coast was wonderful and Kurt's home has everything you will need to enjoy your travels. We were right off the Seven Hanging Valleys hike. We walked into Benagil every evening for dinner and there are some great restaurants to choose from. There was a grocery store down the street to get essentials. I highly recommend this home.

This is an excellent *** property with an excellent pool and large cool rooms in a quiet neighbourhood. My only real fault to find was that there were notices stuck everywhere telling us what we couldn't do! Surely ONE BIG NOTICE would have been sufficient!

Great villa and garden

We spent 8 weeks in this lovely spacious and very well equipped property. Great location only 3 minutes walk from the brilliant clifftop paths outside of Carvoeiro. Brilliant for dogs as the garden is large and well secured. We were there in winter so didn’t make use of the fab pool but enjoyed the terraces on warm days. Villa is on a great development 5 minutes drive away from the busy centre of Carvoeiro, but close enough for everything you need. Winter visitors should be prepared for chilly nights!

Fantastic stay, house fully equipped for all needs

The property is as shown on the pictures. Really lovely (and quiet as it's a residential area) and well-maintained garden. Everything you might need is in the house. Bed are fantastic as well as the sunbeds and enough pilows, never slept so good on holiday. Alice comes when you want for cleaning. Also centrally located for visits to Albufeira, Ferragudo, Porches,... The house itself has separate corners for sun-lovers, those who want some shade and the sun-terras has nearly no wind and a magnificant view on the ocean. We will be back 😁😎😜

Lovely villa. Poor location.

This is a lovely villa with almost everything you could need. Beds are comfortable and there’s space for everyone. The pool was lovely if not a little too deep. Would be unsuitable for little ones. Negatives for us - we had to drive to get anywhere. It says shops and bars are walking distance but you’d need to be a very good walker and in the heat it’s not doable. The nearest beach is walkable but a nightmare to get down to. Very dangerous steps. The aircon was great in the bedrooms but the lounge was stifling at night. We all retired early just to get cool.

We are a little bit surprised about your comment.Casa Levante is situated in a very quiet environment and we are happy to have no supermarket in front of our villa.We are sorry that your stay did not correspond to your expectations.But most of the guests are using a car to reach the supermarkets(5 min) and the wonderfull beaches of Carvoeiro and Armacao de Pera.And in summertime it is usually very hot in this region of Europe.

Tolle Villa in super Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und die Villa bietet alles was man braucht. Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet und der Pool ist aufgrund der Heizung auch im Winter sehr gut nutzbar. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern vor Ort und hatten genügend Platz. Auch ist das Haus sehr gut eingerichtet und es fehlte nichts. Der Kontakt mit den Inhabern war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Wundervoller Urlaub, tolles Haus, traumhafte Lage

Wir haben 2,5 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist super: Ruhig, nur ein paar Schritte bis zu dem traumhaften Küstenwanderweg, sogar ein kleiner Supermarkt und einige Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses, vor allem die Küche, ist sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts. Besonders genossen haben wir den tollen Pool, die schattige Terrasse und den Garten, der so gut wie nicht einsehbar ist. Obwohl wir sonst Aktivurlauber sind, hatten wir oft gar nicht das Bedürfnis, die Casa Levante zu verlassen und sind lieber am Pool geblieben. Auch die tolle Dachterrasse mit Meerblick ist ein Pluspunkt. Ebenso die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Und natürlich der tägliche Hausservice durch die äußerst freundlichen Reinigungsdamen. Kurzum - wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Ein wunderbarer Abschluss unserer Portugalreise

Nach einer längeren Reise längs durch Portugal war unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus ein wunderbarer Urlaubsabschluss: Ein tolles Haus, viel Platz, ein gepflegter Garten mit einem schönen Pool, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Und das alles in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngegend innerhalb der Anlage. Und was uns vor Ort als sehr angenehm aufgefallen ist: Das Leuchtfeuer des nahen Leuchtturms streift nachts weit über das Haus und stört - im Gegensatz zu manchen Nachbarhäusern - in diesem Haus überhaupt nicht. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus. Die Versorgung des Hauses durch Housekeeping, Gärtnerin und Poolcleaning war perfekt. Professionell und sehr freundlich. Die Ionder haben sich wohl gefühlt, durch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche war selbst Kuchen backen kein Problem. Die Nähe zur Küste hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wanderungen konnten wir vor der Haustür starten und Abendspaziergänge waren an dieser atemberaubenden Küste zu genießen. Ein kleiner Laden war ohne Probleme zu Fuß zu erreichen und größere Läden in 10min. Mit dem Auto. Wir würden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!!

Algarve at its best

Wir haben ein schönes Haus vorgefunden in dem es an nichts fehlt. Die Ortslage ist fantastisch und der schöne Garten mit Pool ist von Aussen nich einsehbar. Das vielleicht beste Kompliment ist, dass wir gerne wiederkommen würden.

Geweldig verblijf!

We hebben genoten van dit heerlijke verblijf. De woning is ruim en goed ingericht, met een grote keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Om de woning heen ligt een prachtige tuin met zwembad. Ook de ligging is perfect voor wandelaars; aan de Seven Valleys trail. Dorpje Carvoeiro ligt 4km verderop.
