Squeeze in a workout at the fitness facility, and browse the lobby gift shop for beach supplies and keepsakes. In addition to the many amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it perfect for weddings, meetings, and events. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0403 is a gorgeous one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Step into serenity in this beautifully-decorated calming retreat. The immaculate, fully-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing snacks for the beach. Chill on cozy furnishings in the living room with flat-screen TV or gather around the dining table with seating for four. No seat is a bad one in this open-concept living/dining unit! Enjoy morning coffee on the private balcony with expansive views directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Slumber on the queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Should you venture off property, we’re centrally located right in the heart of Destin, with lots of activities nearby. Head over to Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park or The Track family recreation center, both within walking distance of the resort and fun for the whole family!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Great getaway spot.

Great location to most things Destin. It will be nice when there is not construction happening and the pool is open. Restaurant in lobby has good food so no need to go off property for lunch.

We were beyond pleased with this resort, and this specific unit blew us away with the stunning views! My kids, ages 12 and 15, said the bunk beds were the most comfortable beds they have ever stayed in! We enjoyed sitting on the comfy chairs on the balcony, as we started and ended each day looking at the ocean. The bathroom had been recently updated, so we loved having the large shower! Also, having two sinks and two vanities made getting ready so easy. This unit is located right by a trash chute, which was also convenient. Seriously, book this unit and this resort! We will be back for sure. We went to the little store in the resort multiple times a day, loved the food at the restaurant, and found the walk to the beach to be amazing. We made so many memories. Oh and the couch was so comfy too!!

Cozy room

The room we rented was very nice and clean. Property was in a great location, the only issue was that the complex was under renovation. The hammering would start early in the morning and it was not in the listing that this was going on. Had I know that we would have booked elsewhere. Check in process was easy. But once checked in we were moved to the next window for a welcome packet. The welcome packet was a lady from Wyndham Hotels trying to sell time shares who would not take no for an answer. Probably would not book here again.

This unit is beautiful. Its so nice to have upgraded sinks and shower, countertops compared to other units at SunDestin. All cookware was great and sofa being leather was a plus! If this unit had upgraded flooring i would likely stay here every summer. SunDestin needs some work, i was aware that the outdoor pool was not available but during the 3rd day , the inside pool, splash pad, hot tub, showers, and sauna were all out of commission for a couple of days. The trash chutes nearby are not open and the check in drive up area was also blocked off so it was a mess upon check in. SunDestin needs help, however the units are great! My heart goes out to the owners of these rentals.
