Private: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 1 - depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. In the house: table tennis, billiard table. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 5 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, riding stable 12 km. Nearby attractions: Waterpark 7 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
6-room house 140 m2 on 3 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, digital TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with (1 x) (1 x), 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the patio. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: playroom. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Upper floor: with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), bath/shower/bidet/WC and double hand-basin. Terrace 21 m2, patio 500 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), covered balcony. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Schönes Haus - toller Service

Wir haben im September/ Oktober für 2 Wochen hier Urlaub gemacht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gepflegt und es sieht tatsächlich alles so aus wie auf den Bildern. Auch unser Hund konnte sich aufgrund des eingezäunten Grundstücks frei bewegen. Toller Service durch Interhome: eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde sofort erneuert und bei einem Problem mit der Waschmaschine schickte man uns sofort einen Techniker. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Ein toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in diesem Haus. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Die Kinder sind immer noch total begeistert. Wir haben auch oft den Grill genutzt. Alle Geräte waren vorhanden und sind voll funktionsfähig. Mir hat besonders der Unterstand für die Autos gefallen. Die spanische Sonne kann ganz schön heiß sein. Die Lage von diesem Objekt ist sehr gut. Nicht zu weit von dem Strand, mehrere Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung und trotzdem nicht mitten im Trubel.

Belle maison en pierres mais qui aurait besoin de quelques améliorations pour être plus accueillante. Le living manque fortement de lumière. La terrasse est agréable mais fait face à 2 vis-à-vis. La piscine ne profite que de quelques heures d'ensoleillement et l'eau n'a pas le temps de se réchauffer. Contrairement à la photo, il n'y a pas de parasol. Les lits de jardin en bois n'ont pas de coussins et sont quasiment inutilisables tellement ils sont durs. Le wifi de la maison rame et il n'est quasiment pas possible de regarder une vidéo sans coupure. Au vu du prix payé, il serait judicieux de prévoir un peu de condiments, une bouteille d'eau, un peu de café et quelques savons pour le lave-vaisselle. C'est un minimum que nous avions toujours retrouvé partout où nous avons loué une villa.
