Did not reserved the spot

Upon arrival the host did not communicate well with me and when I tried checking in they didn’t reserved my stay and had no rooms for me. It was a huge problem because I couldn’t get another room and wasted money for reservations. Also he didn’t want to talk to me once they knew they messed up. Very unprofessional
