* Penthouse enjoys the best location at the Kona Coast Resort, and is situated steps away from the Kona Coast Resort’s main pool, large jetted spa, restaurant, exercise facility, check-in office, and concierge activities desk.
*Penthouse consists of TWO one-bedroom condominiums, 22B-201 & 22B-202.
*Unit 22B-201 is a 909 sf one-bedroom condominium, and Unit 22B-202 is a 539 sf one-bedroom condominium. Both units access the 900 sf covered lanai. Each unit has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen/dining area, living room with sofa bed, a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and lots of closet/storage space.
* The two units are each completely autonomous fully functioning one-bedroom condominiums. The Penthouse is being rented as a single 2-bedroom, 2-bath accommodation.
* The two units share an entrance vestibule, an interior common wall, and approximately 900 sf of covered lanai. The lanai can be easily separated for privacy when desired. Each unit has a separate entrance door from the common main door.
* Penthouse enjoys 2 dedicated parking spots.

General thoughts

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front door would not lock. Floors, carpets, furniture needed cleaning Toilet seat broken How ever there are many things that were very nice

Penthouse for sure

Super close to beaches and shopping. AC worked awesome for the hot days! Our kids loved the pool time so much! Will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this penthouse/side by side. The rooms were nicely kept, great air condition when needed and full glass views of the ocean, palm trees, lava beach and green golf course. It does have stairs to navigate (2 flights)_ but well worth the trip. The lanai view is absolutely beautiful. We had great stay and were completely satisfied. Owner/manager is very responsive and communicative. Would give it absolutely our next booking to Kona.
