Ein sehr schönes Anwesen mit Pool und Terrasse. Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit toller Aussicht.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und Herr Morosi ist sehr freundlich und charmant. Er spricht übrigens gut Deutsch. Das Haus hat ein wunderbares Flair. So stellt man sich die Toskana vor. Allerdings hatten wir echte Probleme mit der Anreise. Die Adresse hat nicht wirklich mit dem Navi korrespondiert. Bei der einen Adresse im Navi waren wir mitten in San Baranto. Bei dem anderen Navi viel zu weit gefahren. Wir sind rund 45 min irr gefahren. Eine Wegschreibung zB. im Dorfmittelpunkt von San Baranto den oberen Weg links in Richtung Vinci, (braunes Schild), rechts zeigt ein blaues Schild auch nach Vinci, nehmen und noch ca. 2.1 km fahren. Dann steht man direkt vor der Villa Morosi, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Herr Morosi hat uns mit einem freundlichen Lächeln begrüßt und eine Flasche des selbst gemachten Hausweins zum Trost überreicht. Der Haushund ist sehr freundlich und lief immer frei. Leider hat sich unser Hund nicht mit ihm vertragen, was an unserem Hund lag....! Florenz, Pisa und das Leonardo da Vinci Museum sind schnell erreichbar. Wenn Toskana gerne wieder Villa Morosi.

Leider ist der Hund des Eigentümers nicht mit anderen Hunden verträglich. Der Vermieter kam der Bitte, den Hund nicht frei herumlaufen zu lassen aber umgehend nach. Sehr netter Vermieter, ein richtiger Einheimischer mit eigenem Olivenhainen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und die Lage sehr schön. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön und man kann wunderbar draußen Zeit verbringen. Für eine Rundreise perfekt, da alles ca. 1 Stunde entfernt ist (Meer, Städte). Ein Auto ist aber ein Muss. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten auch vor Ort Zeit zu verbringen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Herrliche Lage, herrlicher Wein, Dolce Vita Italia!!

Allein die Lage der Villa ist atemberaubend: am Berghang gelegen weht immer ein kühlendes Lüftchen, auch bei grosser Hitze! Der Swimmingpool bietet zusätzlich Abkühlung, er ist gross, sauberes Wasser und gepflegt! Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Ein Erlebnis ist der Vermieter: Mit 80 Jahren (2018) eine Seele von Mensch! Grosszügig, entspannt, spricht hervorragend deutsch und hilft, wo er kann... Gott gebe, dass er noch lange leben möge. Er macht selbst hervorragenden Wein, zum Beginn bekommt man eine Flasche geschenkt, man kann dann aber fuer 5 EURO ! endlos nachkaufen bei ihm! Wer Rotwein mag, wird XXX-Wein lieben!! Genauso hervorragend sein biologisch ökologisch ( ER setzt keine Pestizide ein ) erzeugtes Olivenöl! Wir haben am Ende unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes bei XXX XXX - und seinem Hund Black ! - ein 5l Kanister Öl und 12 Flaschen Wein mit heim genommen, es lohnt sich! Die Perlen der Toscana wie San Gimignano, Florence, Vinci, Collodi (Pinoccio-park! Sehr lohnenswert mit Kindern), Montecatini-therme, Volterra usw. alles in der Nähe. Einzige Kritik : schlechtes WLAN, gibt es nur an einer Hausecke, aber vielleicht ändert sich das ja mal, und Urlaub vom Internet tut auch mal gut :-) :-) :-) Fazit: Für pures Toscana Feeling seeeehr empfehlenswert !!!

Dejligt roligt sted, med flot udsigt

Desværre havde udlejer glemt ankomst dag, men vi fik et dejligt værelse med flot udsigt. Desværre var poolen ikke ren til brug, hvilket vi havde ønsket da vi netop havde valgt stedet ud fra dette.
