The country estate Il Vallone with 16 ha of vineyards, olive groves and fields is located in a quiet position 2 km away from the medieval castle complex Certaldo Alto cosy farmhouse "Il Vallone", renovated, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. 3 km from the centre of Certaldo, 42 km from the centre of Firenze, 48 km from the centre of Siena, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 16 ha, garden 3'000 m2 with plants and trees, natural garden. Private: terraced garden with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 24.Apr. - 02.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 15.Apr.) (extra). Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station " Certaldo" 4 km. Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schönes rustikales Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, mit schönem Pool und sehr netten Vermietern. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, man konnte sehr gut Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Der süße Familienhund Pepe hat uns auch jeden Tag mit auf seine Runde gesetzt und uns besucht. Bitte unbedingt für die Anreise Fa. Sebach, Via Fiorentina 109 anfahren und den Vermieter kontaktieren, sonst ist es schwer zu finden. Ansonsten alles Top! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Tolles ruhiges Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Certaldo. Der Ort bietet einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für unterschiedlichste Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Highlight des Hauses ist auf jeden Fall der große Pool mit traumhaften Ausblick ins Tal. Das Haus ist groß und ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir würden nochmal buchen. A. und L. sind sehr freundliche, unaufdringliche Vermieter. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Wat een fantastisch huis,in een fantastische omgeving. Een huis in Toscaanse stijl,zonder opsmuk maar prachtig en rustig gelegen. De eigenaren zijn bijzonder hartelijk en behulpzaam. Een minpunt, de locatie is niet te vinden. Wellicht een tip om af te spreken met de eigenaar aan de Via Fiorentina in Certaldo.

Karakteristiek huis op prachtige locatie

Il Valone is een heerlijk vakantiehuis dat in praktijk nog mooier bleek dan op de foto's. Het is heel ruim. En vanaf het niet grote maar wel mooie zwembad is het uitzicht fantastisch. De ontvangst en begeleiding bij aankomst waren allerhartelijkst en er werd ook tijdens het verblijf goed voor ons gezorgd. Alles wat je maar nodig hebt is in het huis aanwezig. De onverharde weg naar het huis is prima onderhouden. Siena, Firenze, San Gimignano, Volterra: allemaal goed bereikbaar.

Fantastische vakantiewoning in de Toscaanse heuvel

We hebben 2 zeer prettige weken doorgebracht in deze fijne grote, van alle gemakken voorzien, woning van L. en A. & Pepe (de hond). Certaldo is de perfecte locatie om uitstapjes te maken naar Firenze (tip: neem de trein) Pisa en Siena. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en het uitzicht vanaf de heuvels. De zonsondergang vanaf de top van de heuvel was adembenemend.

Schönes Haus in schöner Landschaft und nahe typischer und interessanter Orte der Toskana. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und unaufdringlich. Das Haus ist großzügig, die Nebenkosten sind schon im Mietpreis enthalten. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Ferienwoche.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Il Vallone ist ein individuelles, großzügiges und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist herausragend, sehr ruhig inmitten von Weinbergen und Olivenhainen mit toller Aussicht auf die Hügellandschaft, das nette Dorf Certaldo Alto (mehrere Restaurants) ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge z.B. nach San Gimignano, Florenz, Siena, Volterra. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolles Ferienhaus umgeben von Weinbergen und abseits von Lärm und Straßen. Sehr gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden im Haus was man braucht. Pool ist großartig und leicht erhöht gelegen. Die Besitzer sind alle extrem zuvorkommend und nett. Zusammengefasst ein tolles Haus und eine perfekte Ausgangslage zum Erkunden der Toskana! 5/5 Sterne !

Wunderbares Anwesen in der Toskanischen Hügellandschaft. Ruhig, naturnah, sehr freundliche Besitzerfamilie. Eigener, grosser Pool völlig ungestört mit grossartiger Aussicht. Das renovierte Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und verströmt alten italienischen Charme.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil mitten in der Natur. Ruhig . Swimmingpool angenehm. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Etwas abgelegen, schlechte Strässchen.
