For shared use: natural state property 16 ha, garden 3'000 m2 with plants and trees, natural garden. Private: terraced garden with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 24.Apr. - 02.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 15.Apr.) (extra). Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station " Certaldo" 4 km.
